Will upgrading to AP affect FPS already booked?

Hi guys, sorry if this is already answered somewhere here...

My DH has a 6-day PH which we will be upgrading to AP when we get to WDW. I just wanted to be sure - that won’t affect the FPs I pre-book, will it? I’ll be booking at 30 days bc we stay offsite. Thanks much!!
