Would like to rent points for Boardwalk early Nov. or Dec. Will pay $10 p. point.

I'm new to this group; not too sure how it all works. The gentleman we usually rent points from sold his timeshare. We are looking for someone willing to rent their points for a 5 night stay in a one bedroom (I think it's about 80 points in Dec. and 90 points in Nov.) at the Boardwalk in early November or early December (not over the holiday or the weekend). We don't mind paying the going rate of $10 per point. Boardwalk is our first choice, but we're flexible.
