Would You Work If You Didn't Have To?

Nope. I was a SAHM and never went back to work. However I have always volunteered, with my church, schools, Girl Scouts, sports boosters. My only paying job is 2 days a year as an election official. Now that the kids are out of the house I volunteer 3-4 days a week and DH plans to retire this summer.

I found working very stressful. I do like to keep busy, so between volunteering at my church once a week and delivering meals on wheels and driving cancer patients to appointments I keep busy without th stress.

I really enjoyed subbing but made very little money so yeah, I'd probably would have still subbed.

Not a chance --- If I were ever to win a big lottery jackpot, I wouldn't be able to quit fast enough.

I really like my job, so I would continue to work. I would take January and February off though and travel the world.
