I've been super-duper bad at posting my minutes this month. But, I'm still moving which is a good thing. I'm hoping that exercising is going to help me from going crazy(ier) during the next week or so.
+23 minutes. All I could fit in before leaving for family holiday gathering. Hope to fit in some walks in the next couple of days. Have to hit it hard next week!
