Well I am at my moms, the freezing rain turned over to just rain and the roads were clear this morning.

I am glad the roads were clear, Heidi.

I SWEAR this post was not there for me to read until just now when I refreshed again!

Seems as though your computer is having brain farts, because your post about where everyone is staying never made the board.

I am glad the roads were clear, Heidi.

Tia -- sending you a :grouphug: . I think you've gotten some good advice, and I like the idea of Phil monitoring it for you. I have a similar situation with my ex, and it totally creeps me out. I hope you can distance yourself successfully.

Tammi -- congrats on the PM! Have a great time tonight.

Vicki -- I hope you continue having a great trip! The postcard is really cool -- Thank you!

Deb -- you'll be a great waitress -- you could probably train the person training you, since you've already helped out with it. I hope you get great tips to go towards your trip this summer, and that the restaurant respects your needs if you decide it's not for you.

Sending :wizard: and a :grouphug: to all of those who need it.

My boys are both playing soccer and baseball, and Andrew is on a tournament baseball team as well, so this is me lately-- :drive:

Andrew's first tournament is this weekend, and I have my fingers crossed that he does well so that it will help drive his confidence for the season.

Sorry guys, I just realized that this post got a little out of control.
I would not open the emails anymore and definitely don't contact him. Any attention from you good or bad would lead him to believe that you care about him. He sounds like he thrives on manipulation and if you respond he has you hooked again. If you are worried about threats maybe you could forward the emails to someone you trust and have them read them just to make sure that he is not threatening you. I would probably even change my email address as it is unlikely that he would use your family to track you down. If he were to contact a family member or friend would they give him info? Best of Luck on this. :wizard: :grouphug:

Katrina's luggage arrived just before midnight last night! We are all good to go now. We didn't end up going to Downtown Disney as Katrina crashed after dinner. She was asleep by 9:30. We are off to Animal Kingdom and Epcot today. Talk to you later.

:cool1:  :cool1:

Vicki - I am glad that Katrina's luggage arrived.

Tia - I would follow Tammi's advice. Delete the emails or block his email address so you don't even know that he is sending them to you.

Deb & Chris - are you getting the snowmobiles out?? ;)

While we would love to get them out we have decided that it is too much work to get them out of the storage trailer, tune them up, get them insured and pay the fees for the local trails. We would probably have to put $300 -$400 investment into everything before we even get on them. This late in the year it isn't worth it. My DB has his out and running so we can ride around the house, but I'm afraid that's it for this year. The temps are supposed to be back in the 40s tomorrow. Hopefully this snow will be short lived :upsidedow

WOOHOO! I'm the proud owner of a Sorcerer Pal Mickey! Thanks for the PD!

:wizard: :wizard: :smickey: :smickey:

I wear the same size Theresa, but my problem is getting them wide enough also. I have triple E width.

Chris is a 9 1/2 EEE. New Balance makes EEE wide sneakers for men and They usually have more than one style.

Thanks for the vote of confidence. The restaurant is family owned and I get a long very well with all of the owners. 2 of them will request me whenever they are in a pinch so I'm sure that I'll be fine no matter what. It would be nice to have more $$ for our trip though :thumbsup2

I'm caught up!! All 5 kids are home today and my nephew is having temper tantrums since 1/2 hour after he got here. He seems to think that his sister HAS to play with him and I won't make her. She likes to have time to play with her cousins without him involved. He is not happy, but he'll get over it. It looks like we have about 5 inches on top of the gas grill so far. With all the snow that we had before it is hard to judge how much new snow we get.

Have a great day.

Deb

Janet and Gary is still in Atlanta...

ETA: Sorry so short! I was still on the phone with her. They got delayed at their home airport, and then got delayed at ATL. Finally got some resolution around midnight and went to their hotel. Let's pray for good weather for the 4:40pm departure to Germany!!!

So, we had some not so great news around here yesterday. My BIL called Kristi around 11am yesterday and asked her to come pick him up at work. Apparently, the car dealership has decided to lay him off. He was the customer service manager at a local Toyota dealership. The craziest part was that just the day before, he had been told to submit his ring for a new diamond as he had earned the Manager's Excellence Award again this year.
:wizard: :wizard: for them both.

Tia, I have no words to add to what has already been said. Sending you:grouphug:

Laura wears a 10 and is mortified about it. Most of her friends wear 5-6. Also, she is only 13, so finding shoes for her is even more difficult. The only upside is that when shoes are clearanced out, there is a better chance of her finding her size. :)
I have been a size 10 since 5th grade.:scared:

There is an auction on Ebay for a Sorcerer Pal Mickey that is closing in about 25 minutes, in which I'm going to bid. Keep your fingers crossed for me please!!
Good luck!

Did any of you Disney Cardholders get the flyer in the mail with the Peter Pan bookmark? Isn't it adorable??
Yep, the kids asked what it was, I said "its mine".:snooty:

Good luck with all the kiddos today & on the new waitress job.:wizard:

Oh no!!! Let's pray that the beginning of their trip isn't an omen of things to come! Thanks for letting us know, Chanon.

that is true.....except at our Famous Footwear!! 9 1/2 and 10 seem to be the most popular sizes....who knew??:confused3

OMG! You aren't going to believe this. I got a Ding for SW for my return flight in May......$29!!!!! So, I canceled and rebooked both legs, because the flight down was a bit cheaper too! I now have a $263 credit that I can use toward my October trip! So airfare for 3 of us for our May trip is $381!

WTG Ding!!!

Elin - you better book your airfare if you are going in Apr/May. The ding is good all day!

Good morning, DDA!

My eye is just a mess today! The upper lid is more swollen now than it was earlier in the week despite being on drops all day yesterday. I have that very stylish "Quasimodo" eyelid thing going on.

OK, working from memory here because I am trying to catch up quickly, so my apologies to anyone I miss!!

Vicki - I am so glad Katrina's luggage arrived!

Janet - :wizard: I hope there are no more flight delays!!

Tia - I wouldn't block him from your e-mail because that would push him to try harder to contact you. But I wouldn't reply to the e-mails, either. Don't give him any power. I am sorry you have to deal with this.

Deb - Good luck with the snow and the kids!:wizard: My charges were up until past 10 PM last night. I swear Sister only slept about 30 minutes and was up by 2:30 yesterday afternoon! Dadboss was commenting that she has dark circles from lack of sleep, and I feel like they are blaming ME. I told them she fell alseep and I let her rest for 30 minutes, but I don't think they believe me.

Theresa - Cute shoes!

Tammi - You go, girl! Pal Mickey and awesome airfare all in one morning!!

:wizard: and  to all!

I had to go inside to talk to the PE teacher this morning because the Walk for Diabetes is today and DS's name wasn't on the wall as a participant. She does have his forms, so that was easy to take care of! I paid our rent, now I have to check our bank balance and make a payment for the August trip. Both pairs of Disney Crocs are en route, but neither has arrived yet. I am also waiting on some pins from Disney Shopping. The pin trading portfolio/bag thing I ordered for DS is on back order. Luckily I'm not in a hurry for that!

Have a great day, everyone!:)
