Got alot done today..I love having off Saturdays!!!!!

I got my hair cut (much needed), got both the girls haircuts, took Sophie to religion, Daniel to Tae Kwon Do, went food shopping, & cooked a turkey.

We are going to have a mini thanksgiving tonite...of course mine will be weight watcher friendly.

I have resigned myself that there is no 40% code waiting for me somewhere.

Before you go and do all of that.... make sure that a PhotoPass Photographer has your card. You really wouldn't want to miss that photo op. Just think Vicki, you would have some really cool photos to share with your grandchildren.

One quick question for you all even though I'm pretty sure I already know the answer. If I get a Disney gift card at the Disney store I can use it for anything/everything in the parks, right? Like food, tips and such. I want to get Eric one and myself one so if we have to split up we each have our own $$.

I love my gift cards! I usually charge everything back to the room and then go down to the desk every few days and pay the balance with the gift card. I am weird about my gift card number being all over the parks - I am worried that somebody might access the balance after I use it for something. That has never happened, but I am paranoid about it. And when we come back from a trip I start a new gift card - I never reload one that has been used in the parks. We did bring back about $90 on one and I paid a room deposit with it a week or so ago.
I asked a server how the tip works when you pay with a gift card. They told me the ticket remains "open" until they close it, so the gift card # is stored in the system. To me that means there is a lot of room for error in what gets deducted from the card. Better to charge back to the room so you can review the charges before the money leaves your card!

Wow! That put some excitement in your morning, didn't it? I'm happy to hear it wasn't worse!

We are home from the party. Princess had fun! There were lots of kids there. Some who didn't call to respond were there, some who said they were coming weren't there, but it all worked out. We didn't need the cupcakes after all, but I just ate one and it was yummy! I think we had 3 or 4 party favors left over. DS brought one home for himself even though he doesn't need a rubber duck and a magic towel. I think he was really interested in the container more than the toys.

My cousin's 10 month old, no matter who has him, the minute he sees me, he reaches for me. I have quickly learned to juggle him and anything I may need to do.
If I pass him off to someone he gives me the saddest look and will lurch for me.
