We decided to add one more night onto our stay!

I just called to book one more TS and was told the system has crashed and I will need to call back later. I was hoping to get this done before my youngest son wakes up from his nap. Oh well....I'll just keep calling.

I believe you have to call there direct...can not do through Disney Dining. That may be a good thing for you today!!

I feel lucky! I called right at 7:00 this morning, was on hold for about 25 minutes and then got through and made all my ADR's, although some of the times were slightly different than what I originally wanted. Here's what I got.

Kept trying to call this am only to get "all circuits are busy please call back". I wasn't able to call again until 10:22. I was actually talking to someone at 10:32!! only 10 minutes I was shocked. We had a hard time deciding what we wanted to do so here are our ADR's

Still have to figure out the rest of our meals have 1 TS left! Decisions Decisions!

I have been reading this thread since 8am this morning. No, I am not on hold or waiting - I don't get to do all this crazyness until June 13th. But since this is my first time booking ADR's (and of course it would be during free dining), I figured I would tune in and see what I was going to look forward to in a few weeks!
WHEW - all of you guys are troopers this morning! I am so glad that I took my ADR date off of work now! I see that it's nothing to wait for 1hr + even when you call in at 7am. I just hope that I don't get all the problems that a lot of you have had today (like phone line disconnecting - YIKES )

I am glad to see that even after the long waits, most (if not all) of you are still getting the exact ressies that you want. That gives me hope! I want CRT, CP early morning (like 8am) and Ohana for Wishes - those are my 3 that are most important! At least I know now that I don't have to freak out too bad if I'm on hold for 1hour!

Congrats to all of you that endured the wait and got what you wanted - good luck to all of you who are still waiting!

Me too! I called right when they opened and Le Cellier was already booked for dinner but I was able to get in for a late lunch.

I got on 7am straight thru no probs and all booked. Had to switch Mama Melrose for Brown Derby but other than that everything i wanted

I called recreation line about a week ago to ask about Pirates league and they told me I could book dinner on same line so today that is what I did no probs for me

After being disconnected at 7:32 and not being able to get through again, I had to leave for work (35 minute ride) Since I want to live to see my vacation, I decided that highway driving and cell phones don't mix.

I was finally able to get back on hold at 8:58 and all was said and done by about 10:20 a.m.

It's the first time I ever made ADR and didn't really know what to expect (except what I've read here) but it went smoothly. The cast member was very nice, and worked quickly. I will need to make a few more for the tailend of the trip, but I'm not worried as I was able to get the things we deemed most important including:

Crystal Palace 8:10 a.m. (so DD can take Main Street pictures)
Donald Safari
Chef Mickey
Prime Time
Park Fare
Whispering Canyon

I am really pissed...called the first time this am and was on hold 1hr 17min...had to hang up to take my kids to school. Called again waited 2 min to find out the system was down. Called AGAIN and the system went down after she made the 4th ADR and said because she hadn't saved them they were lost...are you kiddding me. On hold again now for the 4th time. I don't know how much more I can take...I am sure eveything I want is going to be booked at this point...

Your post gives me hope! I book on June 9th, and want several that you have, especially Ohanas for early dinner and TH for early breakfast. Congrats and have a wonderful trip!!

We got everything we wantedWe had to adjust the times a bit but its ok. I called at 745am and was on hold for almost a hour. I was making my last reservation for Boma and got disconnected, but she made it for me anywayI did not get her name, but she was the best!! I loved her! I would have liked to thank her, but the phone hung up. LOL. Here is what we got:

Aug 15th-Boma- late breakfast-Incubus concert in tampa WHOOO
Aug 16th-Yachtsman- early dinner
Aug 17th-AK day,-No ressies
Aug 18th-Epcot day,-Le Cellier- late lunch (no dinner at all, all week!)
Aug 19th-Sanna-(new rest at AK-KV)- early dinner
Aug 20th-Free day-no ressies. water park day
Aug 21th-MK day,-Kona Cafe- late dinner
Aug 22th-The Wave-Early dinner

WOW. Was that ever an ordeal.

I finally did get ADRs this afternoon. I have been on the phone off and on since 9:00 am. We went through the reservations many times. Systems crashing, they had not saved the ADRs we had already set up and so on. I got most of what I wanted but had to flip days around - certain parks on certain days etc that I had planned I just swapped. That part of it was not too bad.

I could not get Mama Melrose Fantasmic. I was able to get a regular 5:00 ressie there on one of the nights that Fantasmic is playing so we will just eat dinner and then go camp in line and hope for the best.

I really feel bad for those CMs today...man.

Disney should be embarassed.

So happy to our reservations set. Called in at 7:58 and was on hold for thirty minutes. "hold" music or tape is awful as usual - so much static. Once the representative got on the phone, his voice was really loud and had an echo --- BUT WE HAVE OUR RESERVATIONS!!!
