I can understnad how disappointing that can be...as I have one DISmeet trip in the works two yrs away still and how I'm looking forward to meeting a fellow Diser down there during our stay on this upcoming one...

I know w/ that great big and giving heart of yours, some Disney Magic will find it's way back to them

Yeah have to look on the bright side. I am happy we are able to go. I am thrilled about the earlier flight time. Awww we don't ever want to leave do we?

Bill and I believe everything happens as a reason. We see this change as a positive for TnT and their family to go on a new adventure together. Even though we are really sad we don't get to spend time with them, Tailor and Alec will have wonderful family memories with their parents and that is what life is all about.

If any of you have read Oregonmommyof2 & Oregondaddyof2’s PTR you will have seen they cancelled their trip for Nov/Dec.

Well when I found out about this I

for a while because I realized Toni and I wouldn’t be doing this

or celebrating our birthdays together

Then I wanted to do this

After that got out of my system all I wanted to do was

Toni because I have felt the sadness of having to let a trip go and having to tell friends you can’t go at the time you planned on going. Although we are deeply saddened that Toni and Terry won’t be in WDW the same time we are, we adore them and we will meet them one day.

After I found out what was going on I got on the phone with WDW

to possibly change the trip to an all Poly one. The rooms were not available on with our code. We were told Beach Club, Boardwalk, and AKL were all available the whole length of stay

but we didn’t want to let go of the Poly. We kept that reservation and just shortened the WL by two days, we will be arriving on Nov. 30th and leaving Dec. 11th, 12 days and 11 nights

.

(The news I had alluded to about the Poly in another installment was that we had added a night leaving on the 11th not the 10th because Bill said he didn’t want me packing to leave WDW on my birthday. How sweet is that?)

I also got on the computer

to rearrange, cancel, tweak, and change some dining reservations. I will post the updates to those very soon. I also changed our arrival flight to the new date. Gotta love Southwest for having no changing fees since I had just booked them earlier that day. We have a flight now that has us landing at 11:25am. I knew something was off when I saw how late we were arriving on the 28th. A higher power must have been telling me something.

All of us need to make sure to keep up with Toni and Terry’s Disney cruise

PTR - TnT Take over Mexico . Those of us that have never been on a cruise can learn along with them and those of us that have gone PLEASE give advice and help out. They are a great couple and need our support.

You would think with Toni and Terry not coming on the trip we would decide not to do the dinner shows/the 2TS restaurants and cut back down to the regular dining plan saving us a considerable amount of money right?? Wrong… Bill’s already drooling thinking of all the restaurants we are trying and wouldn’t even discuss switching to the regular plan. So I am going to repost the original Wilderness Lodge plan in MAROON and let you know what is going on in BLUE:
