D-Day Invasion- "Strange"-ly Imminent!! TRIP REPORT IS UP!!

Welcome home Mary! So glad you had such an amazing trip and I know I can't wait to read all about it!

Welcome home Mary!!!!!!

Sounds like you had a great experience and I'm glad your trip was everything you imagined and more! :goodvibes:goodvibes

I can't wait to hear all about it! popcorn::

I'm sitting here with a big 'ol grin on my face and tears in my eyes. I'm so happy it was such a WONDERFUL trip for you ladies - and just what you all needed, some nice time with girlfriends. :cloud9: I was hoping to meet up with all three of you, but our paths seemed to keep missing each other. I can't wait to read about it all!!!!!

Hey gang, check out Yeehaa Bob's website link. There's a picture of Bob with LeeAnn, Liesa, and Tate. (4th row down, 2nd from left.)

Thanks for the link Glenn! Great picture!!!

Back from the world!

Met up with Liesa, Leann and Maroo at DHS by chance and then again at AK. I guess she tweaked her neck during our ride on EE. Either that or it was aggravated by hoop de doo laughter later on.

Glad it is not too serious and doesn't seem to be holding her back.

I had a great time and enjoyed meeting up with the ladies. We had a blast together.

Brooke - it was great meeting you too.

So glad your back home safe and sound Brook and Pat! :goodvibes

Mary~

It was so good to talk with you today and to see you on here announcing what an amazing trip you had. It blesses my sox off to know that you had a trip that was beyond your expectations. Your always belssing others and giving of yourself when your there and it's one of the many reasons why I'm so proud to be one of your DIS sisters. :goodvibes It's good to know this was a trip of restoration and blessing for you this time, I can't think of someone more deserving.

Andrew passed the ROTC Physical Fitness Test!
So glad you got this posted! I got a text message from Liesa yesterday while I was at (my) Andrew's cross country meet, but didn't see it until I was trying to rush him from there to his soccer game. When I got home, DW had the computer tied up trying to post grades to her teacher account since midterm grades go out this week, so I didn't get to post anything about it. It was great news, and I know how relieved Andrew AND Liesa are to have this behind "them."

I had a similar experience! It was right as I was leaving work and had to take Eric to Piano, return a library book, deal with the incontinent cat and make dinner....and then could finally post. :rotfl:

It is so hard to believe Liesa's trip is already over!!! :sad1: I hope her flight was smooth and uneventful! I know she had a great time but I'm sure it went by way faster than it seemed it would when she had all those days planned (it always does I guess).:sad2: Now on to the next great Liesa adventure......setting up a new home! :scared1: Our thoughts and prayers will definitely be with her as she works her way through that huge challenge! :thumbsup2

Mary, welcome back!!!!!!!!!! I'm glad to hear it was so wonderful and can't wait to hear about the trip.

The trip of a lifetime- or maybe even two!!! IT was fabulous in EVERY way possible, and I have so much to tell. But first things first. This morning I have to take my son into school and figure that all out. Life has hit me like a freight train- starting with the plane ride sitting in front of a crying, kicking, screaming, poopy baby- I swear they should comp drinks to those who have to endure that!

Love you ALL!!

Liesa, welcome back! I hope you were able to enjoy the trip and relax and to gain strength again for the upcoming tasks!

Mary - welcome back! Glad to hear it was an extra magical trip!
