Had there been arrests made in the neighborhood break-ins? I remember reading there had been.

I heard/read something that said 5-8 feet away. I posted a picture of TM still on the ground. He was at least 5/6 feet away. I too talked about the cell phone and bluetooth. Would a boy who was about to attack a man still have his phone up to his ear? So, we are to believe that TM attacked Z with one hand free? It doesn't make sense. AND yes cell phones are sometimes referred to as headsets.

So, why would Crump say his phone was in his pocket and the earpiece was in his ear? You might call the phone a headset(although I have never heard one called that), but it was listed like it was two separate things. The gf knew TM, so I would think she knew how he used his phone. I am assuming this will be confirmed at the trial one way or the other.

So, the phone was found very close to the sidewalk? That seems to indicate that when the two went to the ground they were closer than what the end body position indicates.

Yes, they listened to the calls. And now we have all listened to the calls, and despite what the media reported, we know that Z was calm in his report of a suspicious person, never mentioned race until asked and never mentioned anything to bring race into the reason why he reported Trayvon, other than that he was wandering around, in between homes during a rainstorm in the cold, which would be unusual - and in a neighborhood that had experienced multiple burglaries recently.

It was the behavior -- the behavior that Z described which is what prompted the call. He didn't call and say -- "hey there's a black kid wandering around my neighborhood." He said, "We’ve had some break-ins in my neighborhood and there’s a real suspicious guy." Then he said, "This guy looks like he’s up to no good or he’s on drugs or something. It’s raining and he’s just walking around looking about."

Sounds like a real David Duke.

Was he calm when he opened his truck door and ran after TM? While I can't deny that TM 'fit the description' of recent criminals found to be involved in robberies I think following a kid because you think he might be a criminal is obviously dangerous. If he 'FTD' - it is what it is. AND most importantly Z was wrong, TM wasn't one of those boys. He didn't even live in Sanford. Most reasonable people would have called the police under the circumstances. Most reasonable people would not chase the individual after they call the police and continue to pursue even after they lost them. All of this was done while carrying a loaded 9mm gun.

I haven't seen this report, so I don't know. I guess we will find out when the report is made public. Right now it is leaked information that may or may not be true and may or may not be exaggerated.

When I click on your link, I don't get any audio of the other 911 calls. Can you give me a link to listen to them?

The police presentation to the neighborhood watch was 9-22-2011. It did state in one of the emails that the burglaries dated back to July(5 between July and Sept), so in August there would already have been increased awareness of suspicious persons who fit the description.

The only suspect that was caught in the Robberies was in JANUARY 2012. They were the FIRST and only reported individuals caught. So this description would have been in effort for a month. It is that January Robbery they found only 1 boy which had the laptops stolen a few days before - and yes he was black. Two weeks later Z reports seeing suspicious black males looking into empty homes. They were gone when cops arrived. Two weeks after that call - TM was walking from 7-11 with his candy and tea.

That was the first suspect arrested, but witnesses to other robberies described young black males. I would assume the neighborhood would be on alert, especially for those fitting the description of the suspects.

I actually agree, his parents do deserve answers and I don't blame them in that respect. Their son is dead and people all around them are telling them it's because he was racially profiled and the man who took his life is a racist. That's a hard pill for any parent to swallow I'd imagine.

Also, the last 20 pages of the report are emails between Z and the HOA/neighborhood watch people. Back in one of the August burglaries fingerprints were found but couldn’t locate the suspect. Zimmerman emailed that person a few times trying to figure out if an arrest was made. In October it wasn't an arrest but the fingerprints did match someone. So, why was Z only calling about Suspicious black males? It wouldn't be until January when an arrest was made, that 1 black male was found with a laptop reported stolen. So, where did Z get this profile from? How did those summer calls to police fit a description of black males – which no one set? In October they didn't have suspects yet, so how did Zimmerman conclude these robberies were performed by black males?

I also posted above about the witnesses to earlier burglaries(as early as June) who reported young black males as suspects. In one case, two young black males were actually in a woman's home. You don't have to have a specific suspect to be suspicious of those who fit the description.

Everything but the earpiece is mentioned in the report? I think Crump was just mentioning exactly what the gf stated.

I see it now, thanks. I have used headphones for my phone, since I don't have a blue tooth. I typically use them to listen to music though. I guess they would work for calls as well.

What headphones work for the phone? Maybe to hear but how would you speak without a mic? But in the evidence report neither headphones nor a Bluetooth was listed. It is possible they really did fall and found in grass later. His watch, the tea, candy, $40, lighter, etc. Neither the headphone/bluetooth was in that report. Even if he had headphones to listen to music while he walked (makes sense). Headphones would not work for conversation. If this proves true - I'm back to one of his hands was on the phone while walking - so I'll ask again, how is it, that a boy that attacks a man, do this while holding the phone. It doesn't make sense. Which takes me back to my theory that these two either met by accident or Zimmerman continued to pursue TM. I believe Zimmerman pursued TM.

iPhone headphones have a mic built into the cord enabling the user to send and recieve calls. I'm sure other headphones have similar technology as well.

It's on page 22 of the report you posted, third item from the bottom of the page. Some headphones have a built in mic, but the description in the report does not specify the type of headphones. It doesn't make sense that they would be in his pocket in this case though, if he was using them at the actual time the fight began.
