Anyone else having issues with My Disney Experience?

Just attempted to go to My Disney Experience part of the website, looks like they may have finally taken it down to fix this!

The picture you posted isn't working for me, but I was just logged into MDX. My guess is that it is not down across the board.
 
I started having issues yesterday morning with Fast passes since it was my 60 days. I was using internet explorer, but once it seemed to work better using Google Chrome . I was able to book all the Fast Passes I wanted and still managed to make changes to some today. The only issue I am noticing today is that I have reservations that I cancelled still showing on MDE.

I cant book fastpasses, it says I have no park tickets even though I bought them months ago and linked them to my account.

Sorry picture should be working now, I had it set to private. MDE back up for me and working now, and the errors/missing items are still there. So I guess it was just a temporary server shut down on their part that didn't do any fixes. At least this tells me IT is trying to figure out whats wrong with it server side.
 


If you are able to wait for an hour on hold they will book your fast passes over the phone. I just booked mine but had to wait about 60+ minutes for a cast member.

This is what I'm doing now. I called and spoke with them yesterday and they tried to book the FP+ for me but was unable to. I'm hoping today they can.

Well it was worth the 45 minute wait. She wasn't able to get my tickets linked or book FP+ for my entire trip for me, but she did give me "complimentary FP+" for 1 day. So of course I chose the day I had a FP+ for my DD for FOP and she was able to do that. So at least we have our FP+ for FOP. The rest I'm not quite as concerned about (okay, maybe a little for SDD).

It's always worth a call.

I will try to call again tonight.

They should had tested their enhancements and done back ups before going live with them. Very disappointing.
 
I am still unable to see one of our tickets on our reservation. I even pulled my paper tickets out and tried entering the number again. I got a message saying it is already linked to an account. As of now, I have no ability to book fast passes for our daughter. I'm hoping the issue is resolved before Monday the 17th. That is when our 60 day window opens. Very frustrating and the wait time to talk to a cast member is over 60 minutes. Praying they straighten out all this issues they are causing for people.

but does it show you have tickets? My tickets hve disappeared. If I call can they still get my fast passes you think? FP day is Friday for me.
 
Definitely wonky. Our second set of tickets are gone and these are the ones we are using at New Years. It has two lunch reservations listed for one of our days, even though I have canceled one of them. It won't let me cancel it again.

I just hope they get their act together at the 60 day mark. Won't be a happy camper if I can't book my FP+

I called and they can not do fast passes for those of us with missing tickets and being in the 60+ day window now.

And then the people who wait and wait just to make those 60 days or 30 days can't because of this system glitch so they end up missing out on a fair try at getting those hard to get passes. It just seems so uncouth.

Completely agree! We are off property and booking at 30 days. That means every day for a week, I've gotten up at 4am (I'm in AZ). Did fine until yesterday. My friend who is going at the same time? No problems booking FP. Her tickets are all still there. They've lost my 7 day base tickets as well as one of my party tickets. At 7Am EST you are supposed to have an equal opportunity to book FP as all the other people who are able to book that day. But because some could get them, by the time the system is up, those of us who were locked out will be disadvantaged.

That being said, I waited an hour on the phone this morning and a CM made FP for me for 10/11, 10/12 AND 10/13 (even though my FP window for that date isn't til tomorrow) because he said, "in case it's not up tomorrow." The only thing is that he booked them as "extra FP+" so I cannot modify them in any way. Do you think since he booked them as extras that when the system is back up and my tickets are showing that I'll be able to book 3 MORE FP? Or is there a way I can call again and get them to make them "modifiable"?

O.m.g you are so lucky they did that for you! I was told that since my tickets aren't showing up that even they can't book a fast pass for me.

The one on the MDE website - technical support and chose Option 4 ("For all other problems . . .")
 
Just got off chat not long ago and they had to re-link all our tickets. The CM did book 1 fp for each day even though the window doesn't open until tomorrow as she said it could take until then for them to actually show up. Ours are booked as a regular fp counting as one of our 3. She also said if the tickets weren't there by morning, go back to chat and they'd book the rest of them for us. It took a while to get it done, but at least we weren't on the phone waiting on hold. It doesn't appear as though missing tickets are just going to show up on their own....a real mess!

Edited to add: Well...the CM said the single fp's were counted against our 3, but just checked them and they are definitely bonus fp's.

Trying to call now, wait time is more than 60 minutes. This is freaking ridicules.

Yes, you should be able to book 3 more- look at your details, it should say it's an extra fp+. They could change them if you call and there was availability, but they don't count against your 3.
