I really think the major crowds may have also scared a lot of people away. Especially, with DLR being more a locals park. Most locals are probably steering away from DLR knowing that they wouldn't be able to get in SWGE without a reservation anyway.

I think the flood gates will open up once the reservation grace period is over.

Dole whip plant based? I mean, if you consider "sugar" a plant, okay then. Dole whip is a largely a chemical concoction. It does not have a plant based liquid base at all. Not even remotely the same thing. It's a powder that you add water to and put in a machine to freeze.

Dole whip is also completely disgusting when it melts. It gets all foamy and sticky. Most people eat it quickly because of that.

Sugar is a plant, but for marketing purposes "plant-based" just means no animal products.

I can't weigh in on why the decision was made but the Blue Milk tastes really good. I did find it strange that in the "story" it is from a desert dwelling animal yet it's so tropical tasting.

I'm sorry it bothers so many people that it isn't milk based. I guess that if that really bothers some they can save the $7.99...

We won't likely try it. Once I told my husband and son that it was coconut/rice milk with a fruity flavor, they were both like "ew...I don't need to try that." I have no interest either. I actually can't stand plant based "milk." I like the real stuff.

I admit as a local, I made no plans to visit DL today (I don't have a reservation) because I assumed it would be a "you know what" show.

I am thinking of taking my kids this afternoon/evening after school if it stays this slow.

Disney never said it was a frozen milk shake type drink. From the beginning since they announced it would be there they said it wasn't actually milk.

Yea but a lot of company's use plant-based instead of the word vegan because vegan freaks people out. I've been excited for months for the vegan milks. It sucked for me when the grey stuff was made with dairy when it doesn't need it, wasn't mad just bummed. But if you absolutely don't want to try it you don't have to, you can make your own version how you would want it.

BTW - was watching a live stream of a couple doing the build a droid and when the CM was packing it up he said that they need to keep it in the box or else the Storm Troopers would confiscate it ... I guess that is their way or trying to prevent people from having droids out and about with the crowds

We were able to go out of the Frontierland and the RoR/Resistance Outpost exit. There were CM’s standing near the other one so I don’t think we would have been allowed out that way but we didn’t ask.
