VIP, Villains and Vino With Jen and Joe on the Go New TR Link and this TR is COMPLETE!

I'm so glad for you that the July plans are finally made!! We are headed down in 7 days, and while I'm a bit nervous, I'm also really excited to be among the first people back in the parks. I just know it's going to be the magic I need to kick off the rest of 2020 for the better!!!!! I'm sure you guys will have an amazing time, too!
I hope you have the best time Jackie and I can't wait to hear all about it!!!!!

This has been high on my list for a LONG time.
It never disappoints.

After everything you went through and wrote I can't imagine you doing anything but that. :(
Seriously, lol!

Omg Jen, you were way more nervous than me and I’m also afraid of heights! Joe was so calm and reassuring. I ended up really loving the skyliner, especially since we stayed at POP.

I got way too far behind but really enjoyed catching up and you'e gong to be leaving before we know it.

Sorry about all the trouble you had fixing your trips. I got my park reservations for our October stay but haven't tried to fix our resort yet. I'm not looking forward to the hold time especially since they are now taking reservation for 2020 again.

I've said it before and will say it again. I'm really looking forward to your report once you get back from this upcoming trips.

Oh Jen what a trooper you are! You took one for the team and lived to tell the tale! I laughed when you told Joe to "shush" - that's so me when I'm anxious-I don't want anyone moving or talking or breathing out loud!! :rotfl: :rotfl:
I know this will sound stupid but yours was the first video I've seen that actually shows there's doors that close when it's moving which was a relief to me! I was worried it had openings down to the floor and that you were trusted to keep everyone seated/strapped in in some way, so actually knowing you can't fall out accidentally is welcome :scared1:
Not sure I'd want to share the cabin with anyone other than my friends and family. What happens if people who move about get in with you? I love how quick it seems but totally with you on not wanting to get stuck up in it. I think I'd be fine riding it as long as I was with people I liked and it didn't stop mid-air :rotfl2::thumbsup2

We were meant to be leaving for 14 nights at the YC tomorrow.
I was meant to be getting my hair and nails done today.:sad:
We would have been there at the same time and I'd have made a point of meeting you and Joe for a bit of craic :sad::sad:
I'd have done so even if my family think I'm a freaky person for having friends on the internet and worry that they will somehow abduct me so I'm never seen again:scared1::rotfl:I have personally invested heavily in the food and drink industry. Unless you are the world's strongest couple there's no way anyone is lifting me and taking me anywhere unless I want to go!:drinking1🍹🍹🍸🍷🍾🍲🥐🍔:rotfl:

Thank you so much!!! We have 3 trips planned now through February, so there will be lots to share.

Well I have over a month of catching up to do but
Hiya friend :love2:

We had not long booked and paid £4000 for our flights ( premium economy for 4-ouch :scared1:) and put our deposit down to hold our room when health issues meant we had to cancel 🙁. Then when covid hit I was kinda ok as no-one was going anywhere anyway. But when I turned to the calendar today and saw all my appointments and then Virgin Atlantic sent me a check-in reminder even though there’s no blimin flight I was a bit glum. Your vlog cheered me up as always, between Joe being a calming influence and you doing your slouchy walk and shushing him, I laughed so ta for that. We plan on going but probably not until at least 2021. I need to go for a year to fit in all the things I’d like to do so in the meantime I’ll keep buying the odd lottery ticket in the vain hope I win :rotfl:
Hope your having fun in your trip :goodvibes

LOL! I really was not having the Skyliner. I'd rather walk...

I keep telling Joe you have to play to win!!!! Don't worry. You'll get back there and we will meet up and CHEERS at Jock Lindsey's!!!

I fell way behind but I did some serious binge watching of the vlog this morning. Thanks for bringing some Disney magic into my day today

We are fans of Narcoossee's too but I so agree that there are definitely better restaurants out there. Our last meal really fell flat so it will probably be a while before we are back again. We also really like GFC breakfast. I'm not a huge breakfast fan period but The Wave, Ale and Compass, and GFC are prob my favs when we do eat it.

You seriously cracked me up on the Skyliner. Though I'm not even sure I'm brave enough to get on. Just watching you ride it terrified the crap out of me so pretty sure the real thing would be out of the question.

I can't wait to hear how your July and September trips are. I would love to stay at Destino but it is closed right now. Your report made it look really nice. The passholder discount for resorts thru 9/30 and all the reopening news make me want to book another trip at the end of August even though it would make more sense just to go to Wisconsin, where the weather is nicer. :)

I'm hoping that things at some of the Signatures will get better since there will be less people dining. I just think the servers are spread way too thin.
GFC seems to be a consistently good place to dine. We've only had one bad experience in maybe 10 times...

I think pole dancing on the monorail is a better mode of transportation for me. LOL!!!!

We are going in with very low expectations. That being said, I am still very excited!!!

Epcot's Flower and Garden Festival...:flower1:

First off, let me say that I love this festival. There's always so much to do, see, eat and of course, drink. Today, we were able to have some of our favorite eats and drinks, starting with La Vie in the France Pavillion and ending with the Avocado Margarita in the Mexico Pavillion. The topiaries looked great and it wasn't too crowded. So, overall, a really great day in Epcot.

I can't remember if we rode anything because I think we were just concentrating on the festival selections. I know we didn't have any FP's because we had made them earlier at HS.

I'd have to say my favorite food item was definitely the Frushi. It's always a welcome, sweet snack, although the portion size was definitely smaller this year. I always enjoy any slushie drink too and the Avocado Margarita always goes down smooth. If you haven't tried this yet, I highly suggest it.

And how about that Skyliner!!!! I was sooo scared. And to think, I have to ride it again in 12 days. Yikes! I will admit that it is super convenient...I just wish it wasn't so high up, lol!

Next up, part 2 of the festival and dinner at Toledo...

Loved the Flower & Garden review. I was so sad our April trip was cancelled. :sad1: I was pulling up the menus for Food & Wine this year and looks like we'll get to try some in October. I'm sure we'll get a full review of all the booths after your 2 trips.

I'm so sorry about your canceled trip.
We are going to Epcot twice in July, so I hope to do a lot of festival eating and drinking then.
We are actually skipping Epcot in September...

I like it too. I think I prefer it over Food & Wine - I'm too much of a meat & potatoes guy to really enjoy the "fancier" fare at Food & Wine.
Hi Jeff! I just really enjoy all the topiaries and of course, the drinks. LOL!
