Whataburger and fuel city tacos..

Yes, it was. When it was delivered, my UPS driver said he has seen a lot of the boxes and asked how good it was. We couldn't answer, of course, as this was out first order. We will definitely order again - my husband's birthday is in November. He is so hard to buy for - I think this was his favorite gift of all time! He was supposed to fly to Chicago for a food festival back in April which obviously never happened. He was so sad...and this cheered him up.

They are good. I have ordered this combo package many times as gifts for people, family and friends alike. Really nice. It is 'reasonably' priced seeing all you get, the great packaging and quick shipping included in that price.

There aren't any fast food places I have to hit regionally but if I'm in FL I try to make it to a Publix for one of their subs. I don't know if it is nostalgia or if they are really that good but I love them.

Abbott's Lobsters in Noank, CT. Your lobster is alive when you order it, and you eat off paper plates, out on the dock over the Mystic River. While you're eating, you sometimes see lobster boats pull up with their catch. Added bonus: you can dock your boat and eat there, too.

YES!!!!! I am going there next week (go Sift bakery in down town Mystic he won America's best baker or one of those shows...to DIE FOR) I also like Cape Pier Chowder House in Kennebunkport ME which is near BREAD and ROSES Bakery in Ogunquit ME.

Four Rivers BBQ in various locations near Orlando for ribs. IN Disney Springs the 4Rivers Food Cart with their taco cone...OMG I think I miss that more than actually going to WDW this year.

Uno's Pizza, downtown Chicago. My absolute favorite pizza in the world.

McDonald's lobster rolls. Of course, Abbott's is better but it was closed the last time we were in CT, plus I really would't call it "fast food".

Byron's Hot Dogs, near Wrigley Field. Really good Italian beef. They used to have a location in the Wrigley Field parking lot and I brought food into the game.

We used to feel that way on road trips, with Cracker Barrel. But the last two times we went (last year), the service was just....bad. Like bad enough that I complained to the manager (who didn't care) AND I called corporate.

Don't know about regional fast food but here in rural France we can only get kebabs or pizzas so when we're in the US we love Tacos, BBQ food of any description, chilli dogs, craft beer and ice cream at Two Scoops on Anna Maria.

In the US it's so hard to find kebabs. I miss them.

I live in Southern California and we have Popeyes and Raising Cane's.

My favorite "CA regional" places are El Pollo Loco, In N Out, and Rubio's.

Nando's was a favorite when I lived in NOVA. We had one in our town. I was SO happy to discover my local Ralph's (Kroger) supermarket now carries Nando's Peri Peri bottled sauces so now I can make my own at home! SO GOOD! They even have the peri peri mayonnaise that they use on their sandwiches.
