Again, I don't follow. If you spend more on one thing, surely you would spend less on another? Unless you just print money? Simple maths. Besides, in this case it would be a mutual number. Why is it that Americans pay more to stay healthy than any other country in the world? It's not as if you carry out more advanced procedures routinely. I know for a fact that if I were to immigrate to America, my insurance bill would be crippling for my Clozapine, MAOIs and APs. And following on from that, wouldn't it be logical to deduce that the health system in America is inferior to many other countries in the world, where people don't have to pay so much for more advanced procedures?
