Same problem here! I'm trying to keep a mental list of what I'll be bringing out of my daily clothing/other stuff rotation, but it's hard to start packing when you end up needing everything! The only things I have packed so far are our Minnie ears, one specific Disney shirt, and our rain ponchos.
 
Our trip is a surprise for the kids so packing is extra challenging. I’m trying to pull stuff out as I wash it and put it aside but my 12 year old has VERY STRONG OPINIONS about her clothes and I know I’ll get something wrong. She turns 13 the day before we leave so I’m budgeting some of her birthday money for clothing purchases there. Probably will be more interested in clothes from the Hard Rock Hotel gift shop than in anything from our Disney stay. Cause she’s cool and all.
 


So, so excited with 15 days to go! I am going with "Disneybound" outfits for this trip. So far I have a Merida bound planned for my first day, Rapunzel for my tea experience at Rose and Crown, a Cinderella bound for my last MK night (and drinks at Minzers) and am working on Tiki room, Bambi and Snow White! So fun!

Yeah, I'm having trouble too. MDE says I only have FPs for 2 guests on everything. Though I did doublecheck on the desktop and that looks OK. I'm going to assume it's all OK on my bands and try not to worry over it.
 
So we are at the official 2week mark which means I can check the weather for the day we fly out. Of course now I’m freaking out because they are calling for rain and snow showers the day before and morning of our flight. I’m praying there is a change over the next two weeks! :scared:

Pro-tip: Accuweather let's you check weather for the next 3 months. So, no need to wait until 2 weeks out to obsess about a forecast that will inevitably change. You can give yourself that anxiety WAY earlier!! Snow has popped in and out of our arrival day forecast at least a dozen times in the last two months, not that I'd be silly enough to check... :-)
 
I’ve decided to cancel lunch ADR at BOG for Saturday. It’s our first meal on our trip and I don’t think my kiddos would chose anything from the lunch menus. I just don’t want to start our magical vacation with a lunch battle. Lol! We have breakfast ADRs at BOG for later in our trip. Anyone looking for lunch at BOG on Saturday 3/2? I’ll cancel at 9:30 this morning (central).
 
We finally worked out a plan for our dogs for during our trip. Nothing like bringing it right down to the wire! We are going to have to kennel the most "needy" one which means I have to get him the dog flu shot, which is, of course, a 2-part shot....given 3 weeks apart. So we will be getting him in to the vet ASAP for that because we leave in 24 days.


It rained all night, and the temperature started at 40 here this morning. It's supposed to drop down to 12, and we are getting 4-6in of snow on TOP of that rain, and 40-60mph winds. Yay. This is what we get for having THREE sunny days last week. I fully expect school to be cancelled tomorrow. I'm coping by ordering shorts for the kiddos and trying to decide if I really NEED rose-gold minnie ears.

I have 9 days to go!!!! I am so excited. The only thing I am waiting on, are some Clark sandles for my husband. He hates them and calls them Gladiator sandles lol. However, they are the only shoes that keeps his back from hurting after a long day of walking. Princesses dresses are packed for my daughter. I forgot how tiring packing is....now hopefully the weather won't be cold, then I will have to repack the suitcase. Lol
