We are going to CBR as well (4/18-4/29). First time staying there and I'm a little worried about the construction but hopefully it won't be too bad.

I'd recommend homeaway.com - we have never had any issues using it in the past and you can see reviews from past guests. Also, the owners always seem to be pretty responsive as they are looking for favorable reviews.

We always use www.homeaway.com (not just for Disney rentals but wherever we go in the US). Last time we stayed at Terra Verde which was approx. 20 mins from Disney. This April we are staying at Windsor Hills as we wanted something closer to Disney. A large 7-bedroom villa with private pool...

I concur - spend the day at DHS rather than a 2nd day at AK.

I just deleted a reservation at Liberty Tree Tavern for 4 people on 1/26 at 6.50pm. Also deleted a reservation at Liberty Tree Tavern for 4 people on 1/30 at 4.15pm.
