Mulan is a fantastic choice. I actually think I will be more excited about this release than any other previous live action Disney remake.

What is the cut off point between the old and new? Renaissance onwards for new? If so, I would probably choose new as most of my favourite Disney movies fall that side of the divide.

I only watched the first half of the first season, I thought it was pretty good. I would like to watch some more in the future.
