It's not random at Fairytale Princess Hall in Magic Kingdom. She does meet there (all day) with Tiana. You can fastpass it (we did). The afternoon parade at Magic Kingdom also has Rapunzel (and Flynn). Just FYI in case he wants to see more.

That's pretty typical for 60+0 days out. I followed the boards pretty closely when FoP and SDD opened to get a pretty good idea of how many days out you can get FP+. I got SDD at 60+4 in the early afternoon. I had to split up the FPs and get overlapping times (split 4 to 2 & 2).

I did use FP+. However, it shouldn't be difficult to get it as a 4th FP the day of. I got Cinderella as a 5th (6th?) FP at the time I wanted.

That's because you only hear it when people don't get what they want. I got FoP at 60+5, SDD at 60+4, 7DMT at 60+3, and another 7DMT at 60+6. Good luck! edit: Also, for FoP and SDD, I divided my party of 4 into 2 & 2 to get the FPs (and had overlapping FP times).
