Best Place(s) to Buy Villains Merchandise

Last time we were in the parks (2015) there was a cool place at DHS that sold a lot of villains themed stuff but I know that store is long gone. Where can I find villains merchandise in the parks?

There wasn't much in March 2018 when I was there.

Hoping there will be more when I'm there next week.
