The funny thing is that both have nearly the same number of attractions, but DL has them in a much more contained environment. You can get a HUGE bang for your buck with no bus rides and walking from park to park is a no brainer. I tell you, talk to me about it and I can work magic for you and even your family. It will cost you less than WDW for everyone if you take my advice. Ask @Captain_Oblivious. I was able to play fairy Godmother to them when they visited and my powers have become stronger since then.

When we went to Cleveland for the GGVI we had to fly to Columbus and drive otherwise we had crazy transfers which we didn't want to do.

You can try the Akron/Canton airport (CAK). It's closer than Columbus. We flew out of there to Orlando one time when the price was too good to pass up. What is GGVI?

I don't understand the "more expe8nsive" Passes are cheaper because you need less days, there are value Good Neighbor hotels across the street, and lots of restaurant choices all around the park, even Mc D's. You can drive straight down the street to the beach and be entertained just for parking. I think parking is free at Huntington. Oh, I guess you need a car for that. There are shuttles from the airport to DLR if you are skipping the beach. Anyway, we always spend less at DLR....

going from park to park in WDW.

OK GGVI might have been in Chicago GG9 was in Cleveland. It was the Gay Games, which in addition to sporting competitions also includes cultural events. We went to play a concert that was really cool.
