Disney ruined our vacation!

I think that you are entitled to penalties and interest for the amount of time that Disney has held your money, and two or three paper "anytime/any ride" fast passes. And an upgrade up to the Concierge Level of your resort. And a special "adults only" meet and greet with Ana & Elsa, if you catch my drift.

This goes beyond Concierge. They deserve a night in the castle suite. Anna and Elsa can then come up to "tuck them in".

I just received that email as well except they really did cancel my FP+ reservation for FOF and gave me meeting Mickey instead...

Thats it, Disney has completely ruined our vacation! Our last day there and I thought we'd get a nice view of the Festival of Fantasy Parade. Have our whole vacation planned out to the minute. We were supposed to show up for our FastPass+ reservation at precisely 3:12 pm, but nooooooooo, now we will have to shuffle everything around to show up a minimum of 7 minutes earlier. Maybe we should just cancel our vacation altogether if this is the kind of things that Disney is going to do all willy nilly.

Yup! Same here!! Mine was for 11/14. I checked back later it was available again. I booked it again hopefully this one sticks!!! My viewing area changed though. I was facing the castle, and now I am by the flagpole in townsquare

Nope, checked back twice and nothing there. Its not the end of the world but it does piss me off. If Disney expects to me to organised at 60 days then I expect them to be as well.

I completely agree! Last year we had FOF FP+ but they cancelled the parade. Then this happened. I was telling my DH that perhaps we just weren't meant to see the new parade.

HA! I received an email a few weeks ago from JetBlue and the subject line was "Your upcoming Flight Time Has Changed!" I started freaking out, telling my husband they are going to mess up our vacation, what are we going to do?! and then I read the email and saw it was changed from 7:45am to 7:50am

Had a similar one from delta and I thought I was going to have an anxiety attack! It changed from 12:10 to 12:01

You have to file a complain and escalate the issue to the CEO of Disney. This is unacceptable.

Yeah, because you might have had plans to ride a 3:10 FP+ attraction at 3:05 and Disney just threw a wrench in that plan!

I won't schedule a FP+ for this. I don't need any false hope. I was at WDW in June 2014 - stayed there 9 days and wasn't able to catch it once because it kept raining through the parade times and was always being cancelled.

And after all the comedy of this change in Fasrpass time......the parade ended up being cancelled due to rain showers today!!! It's a good thing we caught it without a Fastpass earlier in the week. And we got a replacement one which we used to see Mickey at Town Square Theater right before we left the MK at the end of our stay, so I'd say all ended pretty well in the end. Another great Disney vacation!!!

Yep...ruined my vacation for the same reason....but a different date (twice actually). I think I'll complain and keep taking it up the chain until Iger himself offers to pay for the hotel of my dreams (GF Suite) and personally escort our family around the park for at least two days (after all I have two FP they changed).

I, however, will NOT be greedy and expect them to pay for my APs since they're already paid for......so see, I'm not doing this for the freebies, just for justice!!

Iger has not been in the parks enough to even know his way around, much less escort your family. Maybe, find another demand, like to drive the Monorail or something like that.
