Yes, I suppose the WM's <i>could</i> post a message on all forums, but as this is an issue only affecting a very small minority, that wouldn't be of interest to the hundreds/thousands of other posters would it? That's the very reason why the Technical Support forum exists in the first place.

We work hard at getting things running and when you guys think we are ignoring you it really gets to us. If there are 12 threads that state the same problem, they will not all get answered. FYI, I did check the whole 1st page of the Tech boards about this problem(notifications) and not 1 thread was answered by a tech support person.
