We are having major issues with that software. I have some some trial software on the way, should be installing it tomorrow for a test run

I get the feeling that there is something else wrong with chat than just a technical problem. I sure wish someone would tell us what's going on and the future of the chat function. I have scanned other threads and haven't found any information. Does anyone have any more current information?
