With a 9:00 am park opening time, which of these plans make more sense?

1. 8:15 Breakfast ADR at Akershus, then is it feasible to be in line at 9:00 for FEA?

2. Ride FEA at 9:00, with a 9:20 ADR. Would entering the park prior to 9:00 be allowed? If so, how early could we enter?

Number 1.

Arrive at Epcot gates by at least 7:40AM and enter the "Character Breakfast" gate as early as they'll let you.
Walk to Akershus and you'll likely be seated early.
Ask for your check (bill) when you are seated and pay immediately.
Exit restaurant when you're finished and walk next door to Frozen Ever After.

This is our plan for June with an 805 res. I was thinking if they did move to an 800 open it would be good to move to a 9 something res. But TP predicts that to be a low crowd day, so hopefully they won't switch hours.

Is it feasible to enjoy the meal and be out in less than an hour? I think so, but am not sure.

We did early breakfast reservation at Akershus last big trip (May 2016). We met all of the princesses and joined the line at FEA at the same time as park opening crowd hit. We did have maybe a 15-20 minute wait, but the kids really enjoyed the queue for this ride, so they didn't even balk at it. Then, we were able to use get fastpasses for Soarin and other rides (although on our trip this summer we are trying the same strategy but getting FP for Test Track, and we will wait for Soarin).
