When are you going? If you aren't going between dec 1-7 let me know which room you got last time that way I can book it if it was that good! Was it a standard view but with Savannah views? Which area?

If we want to eat at Ohana, and we plan to take the bus from AKL to MK and then the monorail to the Polynesian, do you think leaving AKL about 90 minutes prior to reservation would be adequate.

Yes, guests at either part of Animal Kingdom Lodge may use either pool.

I tried to read most of this thread, but 69 pages is a LOT. Please forgive if someone has asked/answered already. Would love more info.

First time going to DW for all of us. DD (13) is a HUGE animal lover, so we booked Dec 16-22 at Jambo Deluxe Studio - Savanna View w/free DDP.

Did I do the right thing? Will the views be worth it? Is this one of the rooms that is only on top floor? Are the views of animals worth it from the top?

Are the animals really only most active in late afternoon/evenings? We will be at the parks. Ugh. Now I a second-guessing everything.

Is second guessing everything normal in this process? Because, seriously, I've booked, cancelled, booked again just the ADRs trying to find the "perfect" combination of restaurants, touring plans, etc. And right now have no less than 12 ADRS for our 6 TS credits...and still have Fantasmic/Candlelight/Rivers of Light packages to book. I can. not. make. up. my. mind.

Is it possible to have a Disney World ulcer by time the trip actually gets here??????

Back to Jambo Deluxe Studio-Savanna...did I make the right choice????????

We booked standard from dec 1-7. We booked it about a month ago and the CM told me it will be a king bed with a day bed and asked if that was alright. I said "yes perfect" since we want a king bed.
I just today was looking at touring plans room views and it showed that there are only 4 rooms that are standard with king/day bed. Are we guaranteed one of those since she said it or can it change and if so, then I already pretty much know where we are going to be staying! There are two that are closer to the busses and look out onto the parking lot and two are to the left of the lobby closer to kidani. I'm hoping we get the one closest to the busses since we put a request in because we have a 13 month old. But I know requests aren't guaranteed
