I've been able to quote the replies...thank you. I may come to you when I do my next update for how to link it to the index and how to title the update page and first post.

The Title change is easy... if you look above the first post on any page in your TR, you'll see a drop down menu titled Thread Tools on the right hand side. Click it and one of the options is edit title.

The index link is a few more steps, but I click on the post number at the bottom of the update. Copy the Url. Edit my Table of Contents post to type in the chapter title, then highlight the title, click the little chain link icon at the top of the editing box and then past the url I copied. Then just make sure to save changes and you're done.

The more I learn about the way the new website works, the more I like it. The one thing that I really miss, though, is that the location is no longer listed under the person's avatar.

I hadn't noticed that about the location until you mentioned it. I wonder why that is. I've not really had the time to learn, but hope to over the next couple of weeks.

It's funny what you said about how you stopped asking when Andy and Des are getting married. I had to hint to my mom to stop doing that to my brother. He talked to me a lot about financial stuff that he didn't talk to my mom about. He wanted to have a job he was really happy with and was going to stick with and she wanted to make sure she had a permanent teaching job and was on track to pay off her student loans. Once that happened, he popped the question and they're living happily ever after! You must also be the best mom-in-law ever!

I guess us mom's just want our children to be settled and happy. And with the news Andy threw at me yesterday, it will be interesting to see what happens.

I am going to do a short update here as I then need to catch up on all my subscribed threads that I am woefully behind on again. I need to get caught up because the kids are coming in this weekend unexpectedly and we leave in just 40 days for my first ever trip to Phoenix to see Mary, Jeff and the girls (MaryAZ here on the DIS and my girls' travel partner).

So you have the who is going...me and Nicki and Todd the first half of the trip and then me and my friend, Mary the second half of the trip and the dates again are May 3 - 10.

Where am I staying? I'll be staying here for the third time











I've always been in a Studio when we've stayed at the Boardwalk. But things will be a little different this trip. For some reason when Mary booked for me, we couldn't get ALL of the nights in a Studio. We could get the first night, not the second, then the next three nights, but then I'd have to move rooms. Mary thought this was all crazy so she said she was booking me a one-bedroom villa for my stay but only charging me for a Studio. Can you say WOW! I sure did. Then to top it off, she got me a Boardwalk View. I am so stoked to try a one-bedroom here and to have this lovely view



I have a very early morning flight on Sunday, May 3, and will be landing in Orlando at 9:44 a.m. I will get on the Magical Express and head to the Boardwalk. I will check in and know that my room will not be ready. But I will drop off my laptop and carry on with bell services and then walk right over to Epcot where Nicki will be waiting for me with a Venti Starbucks in hand as I'll need it to continue throughout the day.

We don't have our FP+ selections yet as we can't make those until March 4 (I'll include those in the final plans). We will probably spend a good portion of the time in World Showcase as there will be booths with food and wine during Flower & Garden. We have a dinner ADR at the new Trattoria al Forno on the Boardwalk and are looking forward to eating there (Andy and Des ate there in December and raved about it). I'm sure we might stroll a bit on the Boardwalk into the shops, etc., but will make it an early night as we have a VERY early morning planned on Monday.

Hi Kathy! It's high time we become acquainted - after all, I frequently see you and Mark popping up in other TRs! 3 trips sure beats 0 if I do say so myself. And your trip to Disneyland will just be that much more special when it does happen. I've only been to Disneyland once, back in 2010, and it really felt like I was journeying to the homeland.

Looks like I'll just miss you on my own May trip. But happy we can count down to May together. Excited to read more!

We like the 6am flight, too, because the plane sits there overnight and always seems to leave on time.
