Hi! I have been to Disney World before but I have just found this forum, well within the last month, and have been reading everything going on in here. There is a long story as to why I have a break between Disney trips. :sad1: Finally decided to bite the bullet and join in the fun. I figured I would start with the Lime green Mickey's, I like lime green...., and waited to drive into Fort Worth to make a lime green Mickey heist at the Home depot before joining. Wanted to see if I could do it! My oldest daughter who is 11 watched me make the heist and then asked if we could stop at another Home Depot so she could make a heist. ;) I feel kind of bad about training her so early in the ways of the lime green Mickey heist. :confused3 But she was so good at it and had fun doing it. We made off with 50 Lime green Mickey's. :rolleyes1

:welcome: to the party: Congratulations to you & your helper! Don't feel bad, she makes us all so proud! :thumbsup2

Well Yes our medical system is great in that everyone gets the same treatment. Since we don't have to worry about what hospital we can go to because of insurance, there is no second tier stuff. Everyone gets the same level of care. Both of my nephews were born VERY early and were sick. They were in intensive care for long time -- one for close to 8 weeks. That cost us NOTHING. We can choose our doctors wherever we want. My meds are free of charge since we make little money and I take about $200 per month that helps! Specialists are included in this list ... no extra fee except for eye docs. Dentist is also one we haffa pay outta pocket. All of these tests that John has had to have, have been free of charge - covered by provincal health care system.

So to say it is our med system is not exactly correct. We just are sick with something that can't be pinpointed :confused3 But yeah John was about ready to reach over and squeeze as he got up!. we are gonna ask our family doc for a referral to another Uroligist (sp?) And as far as suing what good would it do? Poor guy still walks like he is a cowboy somedays.

:grouphug: I think a new doctor is a great idea! Good luck to your dh!

All of you are asleep & I'm still on here... wide awake! Where are all the party people?

I went to :cloud9: about 10:40 finally fell asleep after 11:30 only to be awakened by dd1 at 2:20 a.m. Took her & grandma to the bus at 3:30, but the bus decided to not show up until almost 4:30. :sad2: I got home around 5 am, thought about going to work, but was afraid to drive that long way with only 2 or so hrs sleep. Came home, got into bed only to find myself wide awake :bounce: so here I am waiting for the sleepiness to kick in. Good thing I took off today!

Richmond is pretty... we have always just skirted around it, but I have always wanted to look around.. :3dglasses

I LOVE love love Richmond! Grew up here but then went off to college , jobs, life. But after 15 years of living elsewhere I decided I needed to come back - and I have been thankful for that every single day. First off, I love being near my family - and love it for my kids. But also, we're like a big city, in ammenities, but small in most ways. An hour from the mountains, 2 hrs to DC, 2 hrs to the beach, in themiddle of where 95 and 64 meet, and so mcuh more! Ahhhhhh........ but , did I mention its HOT hot hot!!! OHHHHhhhhh....thats right its hot EVERYWHERE!!!! Stay cool guys!!! :smokin:

When the brought him to us when we were eady to leave he was in a big stocking with a santa hat on. Every year we still hang up that stocking :santa:

I totally forgot 'til you said that, yes, they had a little red knit hat on him too. It was obviosly hand made - which is quite unique in a hospital - so I asked the nurse about it. She said they have a ldies auxillary that makes the stockings and knits the hats each year for the Xmas babies - sweet. Now, I'm really motivated to find the pics...ahhh,my sweet baby. :cloud9:

We're in Baton Rouge. Originally, I'm from California, but I found a good southern woman and got hitched :) My wife is from Gonzales. We moved back here from northern California about 4 years ago.
You sound like my Dh. He is from Oklahoma and moved back her 31/2 yrs ago and married me a N'awlins gal. When we married we moved to Oregon for about 3 months but moved back home and here we stay in good ol' St Tammany parish. :rotfl:

Welcome to the party :cheer2: :cheer2: :cheer2: . I see you are headed to the motherland around the same time we are. I'll be there 916-9-23 do our trips overlap any?
Hi HMO2 ~ I will be there when you are. Just look for a crazy 30something with two young boys dragging her around the parks :rotfl: or if you see two women of that description that look kind of alike that would be me and sis :rotfl: I have a spice orange baggallini with my LGMHPC on it and a blue Sassy pixie Tink hat that I will be wearing. My sis has a Olive green Baggallini with her LGMHPC. We will be staying at CSR (sis has a conference to attend there).

Yet again I get home and get my kiddos off to bed to enjoy some lime time and guess what everyone is off to bed for the night. (I wear deodorant really).

Well I have a confession to make. I accidently dismembered a lgmhpc today. I have a stack that I have been cutting at work while I am making phone calls and such and 2 accidently got stuck together and I cut the bottom ones ear off. It was purely accidental but he had to go to the trash as I couldn't salvage him. I have gotten about 75 trimmed up without any such incident to date.
Sometimes one of them has to take the fall for their comrades... and unfortunately one of them gets caught in friendly fire... best keep the moral of the others in that squads moral up... don't want any of them blaming themselves for the loss of a member. Remind them of their duties and keep on the look out for renegade scissors... Now you know.

I am in such a good mood today. Last night DH finally agreed to let me make more ADR's so now I have to decide where we are going to eat on what days and pray that I can get an ADR for them :woohoo:

No, it looks like we will leaving right before you arrive. :sad2: We are going Sept. 6-12th. We would have stayed longer but we are taking friends with us and they have to get back for work.
We wanted to do the Night of joy while we are there though so we planned the trip to be there during that time. We will also be celebrating birthdays, but will leave before mine on the 26th. No birthday hugs from Mickey and Eeyore for me.....:sad1:

:welcome: you will be there the same time as me!!!

How old are your kids?
I am in the "one of each" catagory right now... my oldest is 15 (DS) Jake, then there is Mike (DS12) that suffers from severe middle child sydrome... and last but certainly not least because she would never have it is Abby (DD3) So I'm all over the board... You?
