My screen name is Ed(my name)Crbn(caribbean)Soul(Soul) its a Jimmy Buffett reference ( I've got a caribbean soul I can barely control) when I first started online with AOL they would only allow so many characters for screen names so caribbean got down to CRBN

Sorry to hear this news iluvtink, please let us know how they are doing. And I'm on the side of not telling your daughter. Our neighbor died while we were at WDW and my mom called and told us. I was so upset the rest of the trip and there was nothing we could have done. I would have preferred not to know until we got home.

I have to tell you guys, I was kinda cute before I left today, but now I'm waaaay cute! My hair looks good!

I've had the same stylist for almost 7 years and have moved with her to 3 different salons. I love the one she's at now. The owner's name is Douglas and he's one of Rick's people. Rick are all your people a hoot to be around? This guy just cracks me up! He's pretty much a stereotypical gay man, not at all like you and Joe. He had his dog with him today, a Bichon named Simon, very sweet and so adorable. Only Simon had just run away for a little bit before I got there, so Simon was in the "doghouse". teeheehee

Anyway I had fun. I love having Daniel around. I can see the van from the salon window and I left the kids in it with the A/C running and the DVD player on. I was only in for a cut and style, so by the time Ella's sing-a-long video ended we were off to Backyard Burger.

Next stop - are you paying attention ILUVTINK? Graeters! I ordered an ice cream pie for DH for Father's Day. Chocolate coconut almond fudge! Can't wait!

I gotta run now, gotta take Holly to riding lesson and then get ready for Daniel's baseball game and pack for our trip. We leave in the morning.

just checking in. Glad you guys weren't very talkative while I was cleaning...what junk I have up there in my room....I must have found like 5 old diarys....oh I laughed at those. Don't you just love looking back on things when you were younger and laugh at the stupid things you wrote/said?? Hehe, I do...or maybe I'm just the only stupid one who said/wrote stupid thinks in the first place. Ah well, either way, I had my good laugh for today!!


I had to take a break though, I started sneezing my head off because, well...lets just say my room hasn't been dusted since, well...last christmas. It's a little dusty in there, but that's all going to change. As part of the deal of getting my room re-done, I had to promise to keep it clean....I can't believe my mom let me re-do it!! But, I really am going to TRY to keep my promise and clean it....goodness I can't even imagine what my first apartment will look like...you'll walk in and be ankle high in dust/dirt!!

Well, I do Love 'Roses' (well I loved it a lot more before everyone started singing it to me...or making comments like, "Oh you remind me of that OutKast song" etc.) but I loved OutKast way before they ever even wrote Roses. I've loved them since I heard "Miss Jackson" but I didn't love them as much as I do know, because I didn't know how...ahem...cool Andre 3000 was. I didn't actually even know the names of the guys(Andre 3000 and Big Boi) I just knew them as OutKast. I didn't actually know Andre 3000's name until basketball season when the 8th grade coach(also my track coach, the young one that every girl in my town{excluding me} is in love with), who LOVES OutKast too, told me. Then I really liked him...and his name! ANyway...

That just made me think of something funny. A couple of weeks ago when we were driving on the highway, we saw this big burly dude on a Harley, and behind him in a special little backpack-seat-type thing was a little foofy dog--like a Lahsa or Maltese or something.
