I'm afraid I had a big zero this week. Just trying to rest and recover. My doctor says I can get back into things 1 months after the "incident" so hopefully I'll be contributing again soon!
 
Jeanne came looking for me ;) Sorry to have been so absent. Life and work have been scary lately. Training's not going well as far as speed, but I'm keeping up the mileage.

I have some for October but I guess this is too late.

My family starts coming in tonight so I'm not sure when I'll be able to check back in. Just keep reporting and I'll get it all when I return. I had to send out a search party for lost cousins last week. Heard from Mel and Jen. Please keep Mel in your thoughts and prayers....she's going through a rough time right now.

Wishing everyone a very happy and safe Thanksgiving. I plan to eat EVERYTHING, but I'm gonna take really small portions and eat really s-l-o-w!

Hey guys...Remember me? Sorry I have not been around, but due to some things that have happened, it just was not safe for me to post. Things are better now though.
I am posting hours for Oct and Nov.

This includes a 5k I did and doubled the miles.

Includes a 1/2 mary doubled miles
