You are so close...I can't wait!!!
I think that it will be fun because you can see everything through Alex's eyes.
Wow, that IS high praise. With all the gear we buy for our babies, I know how it feels to buy something that's REALLY great. I'm happy to hear you and your DH love it.
My DS will be 18 months when we go in May. He was born in October 2010, so it looks like he's just a couple of months older than your DS. Isn't this a fun age? It seems like they learn something new every day.
You know, the dis should really have some kind of feature that shows you where the last place you read from was. I had a hard time remembering which page I was on. Oh well...
I agree. Carla, you were a pretty baby!
Betsy's already gone!
I was too, many moons ago. lol
We used to stay up until 3 a.m. doing that! lmao
Those are AWESOME purchases! I love the shirt!
Well, Chris is just a dork!
They make different diapers for night and day now? Is this a new thing? I don't remember that even being an option when my babies were babies!
How in the world does one hate febreeze? Chris is weird.
I think he'll love VOTLM! Try to sit close so he can be more engaged in it. Same goes for Beauty and the Beast. Not so much for Lights, Motors, Action. Those fumes can be nasty!
You know I love ToT! I'm glad you get to ride it.
What, you don't want to make a video of yourself singing for us??
YAY! I know how much you love Stitch! That will be great to get a picture of Stitch with Alex!
Yes, remember...some kids are afraid of the bubbles...
DUDE! Please tell me you're not skipping the Haunted Mansion!! You've gotta get Alex on stuff like this when he's young so he's not scared of it as a toddler!
I have never been to Pecos Bill's. Actually, I've never stepped foot inside the place. It's all due to...I think it was Leah's trip report a few years ago. Wasn't it her that saw cockroaches crawling around in the salad bar or toppings bar or whatever it's called? Yeah, never wanted to go in after that.
Oh no! That's my favorite, too! Alex would have loved that! I'm sad for you!
I think they'll be refurbing TT soon. At least I remember seeing that when I was looking into going. It's not one of my faves anyway, but the kids like it. I'm not really sure why. It's always a long wait, and, really, not that thrilling.
Mine have too. Carla, I think I'll be needing to borrow Alex on my next WDW trip! lol
HAHAHA! You can't take a BABY on Soarin'! Unless they have some way to strap a car seat on. Next, you people will be telling me that you can now take babies on ToT. You just catch them at the bottom...
You are so close...I can't wait!!!
Tat ~ on your user CP page, click on the little downward arrow before the title of the thread you want to go to, that is supposed to take you to where you left off. It works most of the time.
I know a baby can not ride soarin trust me I have four kids lol. I meant Alex will have a great time in wdw.
Four days!!!
Hi, I saw your link in your sig and followed it over from some of the other TR's I've seen you posting in. I'm probably not going to catch up on the full 45 pages I've missed here, but I just wanted to say I hope you have a great trip and I hope to be able to follow your TR when you get back!
Sooooo, WE'RE LEAVING IN TWO DAYS!!! Chris managed to get Thursday off so we're leaving a day earlier. I got a great deal through NYOP on Priceline. $50 for the night at the Best Western right next to DTD.
Just wanted to do a quick update on that. Now I REALLY need to get packing!!!

Yay caught up!
Ok going to pass along a tip that saved us a ton in the parks with Alexa in December...
Glow sticks are a life saver. First ride we went on was SE in Epcot. Alexa flipped out in the dark of the uphill lift at the very beginning until I popped a glow stick for her. They aren't expensive and 2-3 can get you through all day.
I would recommend them for anyone with small kids in the rides and during the nighttime shows. I didn't let her have it unless we were in a ride.
Very cool that not only your trip is just in a couple days... but that you leave earlier!!!
Have an excellent trip!!!
Hey, all caught up! Your trip plans look wonderful, and what a lucky break getting to go a day early! That's awesome!
Keep me posted if you find Stitch anywhere other than Ohana! He's my first choice on characters too!
Thanks! I'm excited.
Oh he always stands in Tomorrowland in front of the Carousel of Progress along with Buzz multiple times a day at MK and he also stands in the front of EPCOT after you enter the park. I'm not sure if he's there throughout the day but I know he's there in the morning. Those are the places that I always find him.
Oh that's good to know! In DLR he's always a hit and miss. And he doesn't seem to be out very often, from what I have noticed. I only got to see him at a character breakfast he was guaranteed to be at.
Now I will know where to look for him. Thanks!
Oh I plan to be in Tomorrowland at least a couple times. I love Space Mountain, so I am sure I'll be wanting to ride that a couple times. And of course I want to try Stitches Great Escape even though I've read bad reviews of it being a terrible ride.
