Star Wars: Galaxy's Edge Dining - Oga’s + All Quick Service Food and Drinks

I am just making sure I am not missing it. There are no reservations for docking bay 7 correct? Even for the first weekend? I just want to make sure I shouldn't be on the lookout somewhere I am missing.
They are only taking reservations for:
Olga's Cantina (lounge)
Savi's Workshop (lightsabers)
Droid Depot

After not seeing anything available at Oga's for mid-December - was able to land a lunch time 1pm for 5. Felt like DVC stalking but hey, I wanted to see the inside of this place. Took 4 days of a lot of refreshes .....

No, it's a quick service. There are no table service restaurants inside swge

My DH does not like anything fruity or sweet. Is it possible that a basic beer will be available although not on the menu? Otherwise, what is the least fruity, sweet alcoholic drink on the menu at Oga's?

The menu link is in the first post of this thread:
Beer - Gold Squadron Lager $12, White Wampa Ale $13, Gamorrean Ale $12, Bad Motivator IPA $12, Spiced Runner Hard Cider $11 - $12.00

Do you mean basic like Budweiser? No. They have specialty label beers, which are generally relabeled "craft type beers." They only have the beers that are on the menu.

Yes, Like Budweiser! I will enjoy trying anything but not DH. He can stay at the resort while I check it out. ;)

What is really in Batuu Bits at Oga's?

I've been looking around and see some blogs saying Batuu Bits have dried fish pieces. So, is it real fish? I'm vegetarian and so wondering what really is in Batuu Bits. Someone elsewhere said it was seaweed crackers, but I've seen dried fish more than once as a comment. Thanks!

I'm concerned with the crowding expected at SWGE and the chaos/volume in Oga's and at the outside stands (milk, Ronto Roasters, KatSaka's Kettle) that it will be difficult to get this level of attention and communication. I've already seen the allergen menu posted on page one of this post, but it leaves me with more questions than it answers.
Has anyone with a dairy allergy (or, for Pucks104 and others, Celiac) eaten at a SWGE location that doesn't have a posted allergy menu? I'm hoping for a dairy free Ronto Wrap even if the sauce or slaw is left off or if I need to eat the meats and leave the bread. I'm also hoping that the flavored popcorn at Kat Saka's is dairy free.
Dairy free - anyone?!
It won't matter the amount of people there, when you approach a cm that deals with food and you ask for an allergy menu, you will get the undivided attention of a coordinator and, if needed, a chef.
Disney doesn't joke around or skip steps when it comes to allergies
Yes, this. I wouldn't say I've gotten coordinator-level attention every time I've asked about allergens at counter service, but I've never been blown off and I've never been unable to get the information I needed, no matter how long the line. Even the snack stands have the binders. The least helpful response I ever got to the question was at Aloha Isle...and by "least helpful" I mean the CM provided the binder without helping me navigate it, but all of the information was still right at my fingertips and I was able to judge for myself what was safe.

The allergy-friendly menus are new to me, but my experience has been that if you ask for specifics about allergens/foods you can't tolerate, they'll bring out a binder with lists and/or clippings of the ingredients for absolutely everything that's in the recipe. As long as you know how to recognize the alternate names under which things hide, you can read the labels and judge for yourself just the same as you would if you were shopping for groceries, regardless of whether or not the QS CM has the expertise and drive to personally help you. That's how it worked for me at multiple QS locations in 2015, and in 2018 they brought out that same kind of binder when I attended a dessert party--it's getting to be a familiar procedure for me.

Edit: The binders also typically have common allergens highlighted in the ingredients (gluten, dairy, peanuts, etc.) so even if you don't know how to comb the ingredients list they've already done it for you. That just hasn't typically helped me since corn doesn't make the top allergy/intolerance list, so it slipped my mind that the binders are easier to use if your allergy/intolerance is more common.

I haven't tried it yet. But these are the descriptions I've read: There was definitely a dried fish element, as well as wasabi peas, chocolate meringue, lotus chips with maybe a habanero flavor. But it is supposed to be vegetarian . Not sure where the "fish taste" comes from

Here’s a review (Blog Mickey):
Gold Squadron Lager – $12
(ABV 5.0%) Golden Lager with Lavender and Plum flavors. Blue Point Brewing Co., Patchogue

This typical lager tries to be more than a Bud Light, but it fails to do so. There aren’t any distinct flavors that move this past just an average lager.

Another option is for your DH to buy Bud at one of the venues in DHS and then head to SWGE.

this is the one beer I had and I agree with this review, it has zero taste of anything in the description, just your typical beer

It is similar to Asian snack mixes you find at Asian markets. Yes, they usually contain real fish, in the form of dried anchovies, shrimp powder, or fish sauce used as flavoring.

TBH, this snack mix sounds absolutely disgusting. Who mixes chocolate meringue with wasabi and fish crackers? I don't know what the chefs were smoking when they came up with this, the Kat Saka's popcorn ("spicy skittles") or the blue and green milk recipes. These 4 items need to go back to the drawing board. The Hearthstone Lounge at GCH serves the absolute BEST spicy bar mix that I have ever had, along with the most amazing Inca "corn nuts." THAT mix is what they should serve in Oga's.

did you try the snack bits? I haven't so I will hold judgement until I do. As for the popcorn and blue milk I absolutely loved both, so again it's a matter of opinion not fact.

if you're a Bud fan, try the lager.

That snack mix sounds like it's Japanese. and I want some rum milk.

That's what I'm wondering if it has any sort of fish taste, which I've heard from more than one person, no way it can be vegetarian. I'm hoping someone will get an ingredient list today that I talked to elsewhere.

When have I ever said anything is a fact? It is obvious that I am sharing opinions. No, I did not try the snack mix, because I absolutely hate fish and wasabi. My husband has purchased various Asian snack mixes before (we have a HUGE Asian population in our city and there are Asian markets everywhere). The smell is enough to turn my stomach.

I have not read one positive review of the snack mix, the majority of people posting reviews do not seem to like the milks either. They are not something that many people want to buy more than once. Seen that opinion all over social media.

One of my sons likes the blue milk. He was the only one in our family that did.

It is possible that the "fish taste" comes from the seaweed. Some varieties of dried seaweed taste fishy. It could also be an ingredient like miso paste, oyster sauce or Worcestershire sauce (both which do come in vegetarian versions, although the standard versions contain fish).
