Go back and check the visa discount again. My dates didn’t show up this morning but I tried again a few minutes ago and the dates were available and I was able to save $300.

    Disneyland Hotel vs Paradise Pier

I am taking my mom for her first trip to Disneyland in December. Right now I can book a theme park view room at Paradise Pier or a standard room at Disneyland Hotel. My question is which would be the better one to book? I have only been to Disneyland 2x and both times have stayed at Grand...

Pixar Day at Sea Character Breakfast?

I found it strange too! After I got the email back from Shoreside, I even went back and looked at the Pixar Day information to make sure I read it correctly. I went on this morning thinking maybe shoreside had it wrong, but I still didn’t see as available to book.

Pixar Day at Sea Character Breakfast?

We are sailing on this cruise also. We are sailing concierge and when I put my request in 10 days ago, I added this to the requests. I got an email back from shoreside that said: “Character Breakfast is currently paused. We have notated your interest for when it resumes and becomes available to...

    Wish vs Fantasy

I thank you all for the suggestions. You guys justified my thinking. I was really hating the thought of switching rooms on the B2B and then waisting a half of a day to disembark and then embarking again. I think I am going to switch to the Fantasy I believe it will make for a more relaxed...

    Wish vs Fantasy

As of now they make you get off the ship and you have to take a Covid test at port. You do get to reboard before anyone else though. You also have to pack up your stateroom even if staying in the same cabin.

    Wish vs Fantasy

Help! Right now my family DH, DD(15), and myself have a B2B booked on the Wish for January. For the 4 night cruise we have a 1 bedroom concierge booked and then an aft balcony stateroom for the 3 night. We would not be getting off the ship in the Bahamas, but would on Castaway. Here is where the...

    Yuletide fantasy tour

I was wondering if anyone had done the Yuletide fantasy tour? If so could you give me some feedback please. Trying to decide between the Yuletide fantasy tour and the backstage tour for our next trip, it will be myself and DD 12 (very mature for age and loves every aspect of Disney). Thanks

    ABD vs Disney Cruise

At this moment we have the Disney Baltic cruise booked for next July, if we keep this we will probably at a couple of nights post cruise in Copenhagen. After looking at ABD we can do the Norway or Germany for the same price as the cruise (both places we have wanted to travel). We have cruised...

    "Official" 2019 Mickey's Not-So-Scary Halloween Party - A Frightfully Festive Celebration

I was wondering the same thing this morning. We already have Cruella’s booked so I tried to book the dessert party with plaza viewing but it wouldn’t let me, it said I needed to cancel the cruella first. My next question would be which do you would need a saved spot for the most? I want to see...

Port Orleans Riverside vs Yacht Club

I know you can’t really compare moderates and deluxes, but I guess my question is which will tweens like better Yacht club or Port Orleans Riverside? My DH, DD 12, myself, and DD best friend 12 are coming down in July to spend a week. This is the first time we are bringing a friend(friend has...

Club level Poly, Grand, or Cont over July 4

Thank you guys for all the helpful answers. We decided on the Poly Club Level. It is one of our favorite resorts and the special area for the fireworks without fitting crowds was a huge plus.

My family has decided to come down for a long weekend July 4-6. I know it will be extremely busy and want the best resort to watch fireworks from the resort. We want to stay club level at either the Grand Floridian, Poly, Or Contemporary. Do any of these offer a special area to watch the...

Poly theme park view or garden view club level?

Thanks everyone for the awesome responses. I went ahead and switched it to the club level room. This is our first ever club level stay out of 20+ visits and I am really excited. My fear now is that I will be ruined and want club level every time .

Poly theme park view or garden view club level?

We (myself, DH, DD-10) have stayed at the Poly several times, so we are use to the resort. Right now we have a theme park view reserved for July, but a club level garden view just opened up. We have never stayed club level before, but it is the same price as the theme park view room. Now I am...

Poly vs. Beach club with new discount

Thanks everyone for the advice. I played around with both the Beach club and Poly discount today and decided on a split stay. If we do 4 nights at each resort the discount could be applied to each stay. it ended up saving about $1000 to do it that way. Now we get the best of both resorts plus...

We are a family of 3-DH, DD-10, and myself. We are going July 8-16. We have been to Disney multiple times. We have stayed at the poly 3x but have never stayed at the Beach club. The Poly is our favorite resort. I called this morning to apply the discount to our Poly villa reservation but it is...

Sense of Africa vs Wild Africa Trek

My family (myself, DH, DD-10) will be at DISNEY in JULY. We have been multiple times and try to do something different each time. My DD loves animals, so we would like to do an experience involving animals. The 2 that seems to interest her most are the SENSE of Africa tour or Wild Africa TREK...
