I must burn grilled cheese sandwiches every other time I make them. I tend to walk away from them at the wrong time and they go from soft to black *snap* like that. I fix them by scraping the cheese off the burnt bread, slap on a new slice, butter it and watch it like a hawk.

Lol I have learned over the years.. u can’t scrap the burn off the toast! So replacing the bread is genius!

Years ago I was watching a clip of astronauts in space on an EVA. One of the astronauts made this weird airy sound, and ground control asked him what it was.
He explained that he was trying to whistle. He couldn’t whistle on earth, so figured he’d try in space
