Okay DVCers, I contacted a second source, and I have some corrections and some more info.

FIRST: Savanah View is guarented! Standard Views are the Pool View + some Garden View.

SECOND: Value view rooms will be limited, so you may really need the 11 month window.

THIRD: The Main Building (existing) is called Jambo House (It may be already, I have never been to AKL!). It will have 6 'standard' Grand Villas.

FOURTH: The New building will be called Kidana Village. Right now, the floor plans for GV show sleeping for 15!!!!! This is a 2 story GV. (Official Occupancy, no info yet!) The GVs in the Jambo Building will be one story.

BONUS GOODIES: 78% of all rooms (Both buildings) will be Savannah View!. Lock off 1 and 2 bedroom units in Kidana will have an extra Bathroom, thus 2 for a 1 Bedroom and 3 for a 2 Bedroom.

Tony, Thanks for all the info you are providing! Could you clarify the seasons -- will V at AKL only have two seasons -- value and peak -- or are you just saving time by giving us the lowest and the highest season values?

look at the colors - choice is the orange/yellow

so 245 (27*5+55*2)

not seeing - give me an example please. remember these are also different room types.

the first number is weekly, the second number is weekend (Fri/sat).


I just noticed that the GV are only value....what happened to Savannah view with a GV?

Sorry about the confusion Gals & Guys. I was editing the post when you found the various 'errors'. And yes Cut & Paste did overwrite some values. Currently the charts should be correct.

Point charts are for both buildings.

Pat, I'm thinking they will be the old standard size rooms(344sq.ft.) in the Lodge that face the parking lot (old standard view). If it is just the these facing the parking lot there will not be many of them. There are other standard size lodge room that face the pool and sunset savannah. Not sure what they would be clasified?? value? std? savannah?

For reference BCV studio is 356 sq. ft., 1 bedroom is 726 sq ft.
