I Will NEVER Eat At _______ In WDW Again!!

It does get a crazy amount of negative reviews, doesn't it. We haven't eaten there in years.

We have done CM every trip since 1998 as my kids love it even though they are sophisticated teens now they still request it. We haven't done breakfast I a long time but we actually think the dinner main offerings are a lot better than they used to be. The food is always fresh with a lot of choice. We do find the dessert offerings have gone downhill.

O'hana breakfast is one that I plan on never going to back to again. Food was lousy/cold, service was terrible and the whole meal felt rushed. Oh and we had to leave the park mid day because I ended up really sick.

One time we were at TRex and the server was coughing and coughing into her hand and then served our water glasses :( We just got up and left.

At GG another time, the server insisted on shaking all of our hands :confused3 I was pretty grossed out by that but we stayed. We had all just washed our hands and then we felt re-contaminated :(

It may not be actual food poisoning, but I can absolutely see people getting sick after eating at a Disney restaurant.

But that's the point--it may NOT be food poisoning at all. And if it was, it has to be established by medical evidence and it is also a Public health issue. CONFIRMED cases of food poisoning at WDW are exceedingly rare.

First would have to be Big River Grille &Brewing Works was a horrible meal.My wife, daughter and my self had all ordered a burger from there. It was the most bland and blah burger we had ever had. This was true park food.It took forever to get to our table and halfway through eating it we stopped.Just couldnt choke anymore down.Waiter didnt seem to care when we told him.He just brought the bill.Manager said he would have more burgers brought out or we could order something else and pay the difference.Really?
Second would have to be Rainforest Cafe at AK.Wow this place here had me about to have a nervous break down.Ok.Had reservations on dining plan.waited an extra 35 minutes to get a table.Daughter wanted a drink in a special cup.Could not put the drink she wanted in that cup.Really?Ok.I wanted an adult bannana frozen drink.Sorry we are out of that.Ok.Do you have this? After 10 minutes she returned to tell me no.Well, just bring a coke then. After 2 attempts to order food we finally asked what on the menu do you have.3rd time is the charm because they acualy had what we orderd.Horray! An hour and a half after our reservations we finnaly have an order put in.Think it was right when it came out?Not a chance.Oh well whatever.Oh and that disney cup my daughter wanted so bad, they were on sale in the gift shop so my wife bought her 3 of them.

Yes, I agree.

Food poisoning from some kind of bacteria in the food is probably not very common. I think it is very possible to get sick at Disney, in general. Just so many germs, everywhere. And I see so many kids licking the handrails.

Be Our Guest will not get my business again.

Went for dinner last year during the Halloween party and it was only ok. I figured that might have been due to my selection, so when I got an opportunity to fp lunch on my trip last week, I decided to try again. I ordered the Turkey sandwich on gluten free bread. The basically served me 2 sandwiches...4 pieces of gluten free bread with 1 piece of turkey on each sandwich. That was all I got, bread and a slice of turkey. Nothing else. When I asked about mayo or something, I was told it was already on the sandwich to which I opened the bread and said 'no, there isn't any'. I was then told that there should be and he went and got me mayo.

I felt like I was making my own turkey sandwich taking the two sandwiches down to one and adding mayo. Overall, it wasn't worth the price.

We will never go to chef mickeys again. We went on our last trip and were verbally assaulted by a man who at one point came up to our table and tried to physically assault me. We were there woth my children ages 7,9,10, & 12 and our foster daughter age two. All of the kids were terrified. On top of that the food was cold and old. I am still upset that after such an experience we were charged for our meal.

Oh, and marakesh was a disappointment as well. My husband was given the wrong meal but basically told oh well by the server and we never got refills or anything.

Yikes! Was this a random guest or a CM?? What was he so upset about??

It was a random guest there with his wife and daughter. Looking back we think that it was because our foster daughter was black. He literally yelled and cussed at us for at least 20 minutes from his table before he actually came up behind me and our foster daughter. Security escorted him out at that point. My opinion is that they should have handled it sooner.

That's terrible. Hope he was escorted right out of disney, not just chef mickey.

Yak & Yeti!! One of the most miserable restaurant experiences of our lives...and then we paid $80 for the pleasure. Ugh!

We have an infant that we thought would love Crystal Palace and she loved the characters, but her Daddy and I didn't love the food or service. However, we might give that one another chance if we have kids who are super Pooh fans one day.

My husband detests Yak & Yeti, also. The kids and I thought that it was OK.

Bongos. Love cuban food but our last trip there was awful. The food and service were terrible.

Two we have discovered in two days. Via Napoli: we had better 4 cheese pizza at an All Inclusive in Jamaica. The soft crust tasted like burnt oil. Okay but just not good enough to justify $21 per person.

Today we ate at Columbia Harbor House during our KTTK tour. I could have sworn it was a kids meal. Fried chicken bites, fried fish and fried fries. Bland and tasteless. We had no choice as it was part of the package but never again.

It's so sad to read some of these reviews! I always loved OHana! Breaks my heart to hear how bad it has become! I will say we have done QS our last few visits because the price has gone up and the quality has gone down on so many TS. Last trip though, I left my food at the Japan QS Katsura grill. It was awful!

I haven't had a good meal at 'Ohana since the days of mesquite turkey and Maui scalloped potatoes. The menu before the potatoes arrived was good too. The price is sky high and keeps going up but they keep subtracting items. They don't have the turkey or chicken skewers anymore which were the only ones I liked (mostly the turkey). They ditched those incredible potatoes (who cares that potatoes aren't Polynesian, they were delicious and nothing at Disney is authentic anyway) and substituted those terribly boring noodles which are just plain spaghetti and Kikkoman. The vegetables are just boring old broccoli which I hate, they at least used to have a few snap peas in there. You have to special order salad if you want one instead of those godawful wraps. I know this is heresy but I preferred the pineapple with caramel sauce to the bread pudding too.

Such a shame what's become of that place. It's success was it's doom. It's just an assembly line of poorly prepared 'cheapest-stuff-we-could-get' food now.

THIS. Totally agree. Terrible, just terrible. In years past, we had good luck here so decided to try it again, even though our plans had been to leave the park and go off site for lunch. Yuck. Even as I type this, I get a queasy feeling knowing how much I paid for that lunch, THAT is how ripped off I feel.

Anywhere in Epcot. I've only had quick service in Epcot, but there has NEVER been anything from Epcot I actually liked. On my last trip I actually took the time to go eat at the Contemporary and then hop back over to Epcot so I wouldn't get hungry while I was there. I avoid eating there at all costs.

Well you really can't judge all of Epcot by only QS. There are some very good restaurants in World Showcase.

I'll add another one from today. Bongo's window in DTD. Nobody there but still waited 17 minutes for two sandwiches at ten bucks each. The roast beef and the pork was dry and bland. Fries were average and quickly turned cold. $5.25 for a large soda in a cup with a lid that was not made to fit. We split a sandwich at Earl earlier so we could save room for a Cuban. We should have gone back to Earl for half the price.
