20 min walking to park yesterday, 20 running and climbing with DD at the park, 30 on the bike and 20 of strength. Almost there! 1345/1400.....1345/18000
Thanks for your input regarding my question a couple of pages back. I think since I surpassed my goal already, i'll just leave it and take into consideration what you said for next time.
With yesterday and today walking, i can add another 70 minutes. 744/600
I am not sure the last time I posted my exercise minutes, I think it was last saturday.
Anyhow here I am now, including this evening.
Sunday 15 minutes shoveling and 30 minute treadmill.
Monday: 60 minutes on treadmill for 3.5 miles and 572 calories burned.
Tuesday: 40 minutes on stationary bike, 8.7 miles, 367 calories burned.
January looks like this:
1146 minutes/900.
