I’m sure this has been asked a million times so forgive me, but, will my 12 yr old daughter be able to order a kids meal instead of a $55 adult meal? There’s no way she’s eating one of those adult meals. I hope they are flexible. Thanks.
No one knows yet. As a last resort (if Disney treats the restaurant as a TRUE prix fixe), she will probably be able to order off the kids' menu and receive and adult portion, but be charged as an adult.
Dunno for sure but maybe because they haven't finalised the new dinner menu.why cant dinner be booked for fall yet (within the 6 mos time period)?? Only breakfast and lunch.
It may be the day you are trying to book - if there is a party going on or notwhy cant dinner be booked for fall yet (within the 6 mos time period)?? Only breakfast and lunch.
I am wondering the same. I think it is due to the night you're trying to book the dinner. If it is the night of MNSSHP, it isn't available. I wonder if those times just haven't been released yet or if Disney is doing away with all of the MK TS dinners on party nights? We wanted BOG before MNSSHP (just guessing at dates for now...I'm a pretty good guesser), but it wasn't available. I was able to get a BOG dinner reservation, though, for the night we arrive, which is not a night that a party should be taking place.why cant dinner be booked for fall yet (within the 6 mos time period)?? Only breakfast and lunch.
I mean the cupcakes are pretty but it’s just a cupcake.
Will it be worth the 2TS credits? Who knows but I’ll use them anyway. We try to do as many signature meals as possible on the DxDP.
I don't think WDW has released/finalized either the new children or adult menu yet.Do children have the same appetizer choices? I don't see this working out for my child. Hate to disappoint him regarding seeing the Beast, but it doesn't look promising at this time.
Beast only appears at dinnerI don't think WDW has released/finalized either the new children or adult menu yet.
No idea if the Beast shows up for the breakfast or lunch options but if so that's still an option as neither meal is currently scheduled to change.
The cupcake wouldn't be the reason they are doing it, but to get in, enjoy the ambiance, and meet the Beast without buying a heavy meal (especially for the burger and chicken finger crowd). Though, I'm on record in one of these threads saying that this is probably more about leveraging BOG's popularity to get a solid $55 per guest out of it.
