Just a little side note here. Tom C opened a restaurant at one of the CT casino's. DH and I were going to go this Saturday for lunch. (we can't get away during the evening time). Would you believe the restaurant is not open during the day? Opens at 5:00 pm. Now we won't be able to go. I am kind of disappointed but then I saw the menu. Wow, the prices were hight.

I'm not surprised that the prices are high. And you know it's not him in there sending out your food either. I'll go to Olive Garden, soup, salad and breadsticks $8...or Appleby's, share an app, 2 entrees for $20...

This is the final right? Crossing my fingers that Carla has a great night and is the big winner!!

AWWWWW!! My girl Carla didn't stay true to herself! She would have won! I was so sad for her! As soon as I saw her listening to Casey, I was OH NO!! NO NO!!! But there was a huge technical error with the souffle...why didn't she just stick with her tarts, and a good steak?

That being said... I'm so glad it was Hosea! I think his dishes were just better than the others start to finish. Toby was really pushing for the dessert angle, but Tom shut him down...

And it might be mean, but Stefan...ba-bye

I was not sorry to see Stephan not win. I would have preferred Carla winning too but Hosea was a good choice for that event. He prepared the meal of his life, and it paid off. I really liked how he gave credit to his sous chef, Richard.
