I have a Capital One card and it looks like they are beta testing a system similar to Chase Offers. While there's nothing supper compelling in there right now, I am hopeful. It doesn't work like Chase where you activate it and then you shop whenever. It seems more like Rakuten or Retail Me Not or something where you activate, then click through and shop. Capital One started beta testing in April. It appears that a subset of current customers are eligible, Venture cardholders are more likely to be selected than other Capital One cardholders. These offers are for online shopping only, to learn more go here.

It's active on my app and I just used it yesterday. When I search walmart, it shows walmart+, walmart grocery, and walmart online. I think some offers are targeted though, so maybe you don't have it.

Mine already reset and while in my head it all comes out the same, I haven't used my csr at the grocery store or for gas because of the travel credit. I'd also rather use it all at once.
