So I’ve done the sensible thing and got some ribs in today to smoke over Apple wood. It’s a bit of a twofer as DS has been curing his own piece of belly this week, as I’m teaching him how to make bacon, so I’ll smoke it at the same time as the ribs. Good eatin!

Sounds like DDCC7 should have been in London.

If you text me as your setting off, I’ll throw a nice brisket on as well, it should be done by the time you land...

Morning boys from a cold and grey London. DD is sick today, its the first sick day in 2 years, so its a Princess marathon on the TV. We have had Merida, Rapunzel, and now we've just progressed to Tink. It's a regular Friday night quote fest around here.

Morning gents. All is quiet on the DDCC front. At least in here. And I haven't noticed anything new on FB but maybe I just missed it. They must all be busy running the marathon or something.

Nope...I don't do facebook, but I think most of the guys have been posting on our group chat page/app (group me)

I imagine after folks start heading home, the FB chatter will be more.

Ok I have not seen any response to this, but this is kind of big deal that should be celebrated and encouraged , a completion of the newest Transportation Card set (34 cards). Doc totally kicked my butt this round and I'm happy about it (I only have 6 and he gave me 2 of them) This is the 5th set, beside myself Doc is the only one I know here to complete any set. If you think it's easy go ahead and try it . It is really fun. Who knows you might like it.

I have an AP and if you're here, coikd get you a FL resident one as well. Same price as DVC AP, but can pay off throughout the year (monthly payments vs all at once).

I will need to see a demo of your cap doffing before final arrangements.

Given your boy makes bacon and you make brisket, I think we can possibly overlook the cap doffing if not up to par initially, but will put you on a performance plan to get you up to standards.
