We received this. We have a split stay in a studio/treehouse villa. They did get our dining requests, but we didn’t have really hard to get ones. We also gave them room requests, but I’m guessing that’s no different than calling or using chat which is what we would normally do.

I can’t get the website to work this morning. I’m trying to modify a reservation. I can search and my dates come up as available. When I hit continue I get an error that says service unavailable. Something went wrong. I have tried multiple times since 8:00. I keep getting the same thing.

I would fail too. I have no idea who our guide is. Years ago I knew our guides name because he’d call us annually with a reminder of our banking deadline. Then we got a new guide and haven’t received a phone call since. I actually think the guide changed again at least once since the second one.

I get them at Meijer. They run an mperk deal usually about once per month. So you buy $50 gift cards and get $5 back in Mperks to spend at Meijer which I use for my groceries that I would buy there anyway. You can get up to $500 in gift cards each time. One time they had Buy $50 get $10 back...

I miss the ticket discounts too. We purchased them a few times. Last trip we bought from a 3rd party vendor. For our next trip I ended up buying discounted Disney gift cards and then buying tickets directly from Disney. I was able to get about 10% off which I think beats the 3rd party vendors.
