I am waiting on hold today because I have the time and my son does not have school today. He will be in school tomorrow and Friday and we have so many afterschool activities soccer, football, etc. with my other children. I will not have time to do it Thursday and Friday and then we leave...

@Liquidice Did you just sit there for 7 hours or did you occasionaly say "hello"? I keep saying hello or hi every 20 or 30 minutes. Every hour or so I will get the "thank you for contacting us message..." after I say hello. So I'm wondering if that's hurting me?

Waiting Almost 6 hours now😩

I've been waiting for over 4 hours and haven't been asked any questions yet. We are renewing the DAS as we were just there in July 2021. My son (who needs DAS) is home from school today so I really need to get through today. Our trip is Oct 16-21st

I tried to get on this morning at about 7:45 AM Eastern time. I was unable to connect until around 803 Eastern time. Been waiting 1.5 hours.

Our family loves trivia, game shows, etc. Are those activities still available?

My trip is Oct 16-21. Len Testa said in the Touring Plans podcast that they are doing it because the value resorts/cheaper rooms are all full and so they are moving people who have already committed to their vacation and giving them an upgrade while freeing up the cheaper rooms at the value...

Which value and which moderate? I had a message today from Disney re: my upcoming stay at All Star Music family suites. I was thinking it might be an upgrade? Haven’t returned the call yet. Are you staying at ASMusic?

So ready for TL to be open!! Going at the end of July and want to spend the mornings in a water park and evenings in a park!! Please Disney, reopen TL ASAP!!!

I’m right there with you. We were initially staying from Tuesday to Sunday. A couple of days ago, I moved it back a day to Wednesday to Monday. Now, I just don’t know what to do. I’ll be watching the weather along with you and hopefully we can make a better decision tomorrow.

My 15-year-old with a fast fingers got a through first. They’re just the two of us that were trying. I just watched the home screen and right when it hit 10 we clicked join and my son got thru first. Definitely practice from home!!

They called our boarding group at 10:45. We got there at 11:15. Was off the ride by 1145. I feel so very lucky that we didn’t have to deal with any breakdowns! It was amazing!! We loved it!!! I had avoided all spoilers and so glad that I did!!!

Dave, no. We actually rode in MMRR at 9:35. Got it while standing in line outside for Tower of terror.
