I'm sorry, but with me a ressie in a week is not possible. My points won't be in my account for another week, so I can't make ressies yet. I only wanted to get the word out on the rent/trade board so people would know in advance. Since my points are a bit cheaper than others, I thought it would be helpful.

Hi. I will get back to you in about a week or so regarding the points. I have quite a few people ahead of you, so I have to go down the line. Regarding Dining...yes, a DVC owner can book dining but it requires a credit card. This means you have to give the DVC owner your card number and be comfortable enough to go that route. I would do it for those who rent from me, but you need to check with each DVC Member.

The DVC member may also have to get the park tickets as well, but I am not 100% sure about that. You can always go through undercovertourist.com and get them at a little bit of a discount yourself.

I'm new to the DVC renting thing.

I took a look at the DVC points calculator, and I'm looking to get 84 points to rent a studio at Disney's Grand Californian Hotel.

I'm planning to check in on 03/30/2011 to 04/02/2011.

I have 150 BWV points available to rent AFTER 3/22 at $8 per point. These points are lower than the going rate of $10-12 pp offered because they must be used by the end of this coming May 2011. This means travel must be COMPLETED by 5/31/11

They are available to rent after the 22nd of this month. If interested, please PM me and I will get back to you once the points are available
