The most important, that I've already taken care of, is how to get to ME. I mean who wants to spend 15 minutes merrily waltzing down hallway A, when they should have been making a beeline for Side B??!!
That's 15 minutes wasted, that someone else could have taken your PERFECT room in. Or worse yet; it might make you 1 minute late for the bus, making you have to wait an extra 1/2 hour for the next one!

The afternoon will for sure be at MK- I want to end my trip in this park! We have an ADR at The Plaza- I've only heard great things about the Reubens there. Can you say PM EMH??? One more time til 12:00!

Of course, if you are first in a new line, you can console yourself by getting the front seat and getting a really good entrance sign picture.

I can't even imagine how excited you must be. We just got back from a Mother's Day trip, and just reading about getting back to Magical Express on the 30th of this month is making me giddy! If I had to go as long as it has been for you, I'd be about to bust wide open!

I'm studying to become a Medical Assistant. It's an accelerated program, I will be done in 14 months which includes an internship as well. I'm still not impressed with my teacher though, and I think I'm going to be stuck with her until my Clinical Classes which doesn't thrill me at all.

Last full day.

I ate at the Plaza with Jen in January and it was so very yummy! It's nice, simple food but it's tasty. Plus I had a wonderful mint chocolate chip shake. Yum.

Can I make a confession?? YOU are the reason I am going to the Plaza; you and the other lovely lady (shoot! I wish I could remember who that was!) who ate there a while back. She was on the quest for the perfect cheeseburger. I vividly remember your and Jen's meal there (confession is I totally lurked on your TRs) and also remember thinking that the shake looked amazing!! I wouldn't have even considered it, if it wasn't for you and the other TR(s) I had read about it. See what a good influence you are??!!

I hope you end up really loving your classes! And that you can warm up to your instructor!! Maybe it'll get better after you figure out her personality and teaching style more. I hope!

Plans this weekend are up in the air. Markie is in Minnesota coaching the Northern Plains Regionals for the youth wrestling club; Andy is in a tournament in a neighboring town and Mark is 90 minutes away umpping 6 games between Saturday and Sunday. I'm trying to get Mark a room as I don't want him driving back and forth because he has a late game on Saturday plus all the gas...I can get a room cheaper than if he had to put gas in twice. I had hoped to go watch Andy's team play on Saturday but they are calling for rain so we'll have to see. If I don't go to the game, I'm going to spend some time trying on my "summer" clothes to be sure I have enough for 12 days in Florida. I HATE doing laundry on vacation.

It's Friday night here: We went to our teammate's apt. for dinner, and she made the most amazing ginger pork, miso eggplant, green beans and rice. (She's Japanese-American), so we get some great stuff when she cooks. After dinner, I headed to the track and got in my "run"; now I"m about to go to bed.

Saturday: Pancakes for breakfast, re-pack my son's boxes because we found a decently priced shipping company, and we'll ship one of his boxes instead of being price-gouged by the airlines, (now I need to cram everything he HAS to have into one box), and then hopefully get a blog update up.

Sunday: Home church, rest, LONG nap, cook dinner, rinse and repeat.

Where do you get these fabulous pictures for your covers? Do you put them together yourself on the computer or cut and paste them?

Finding ME is really much easier than you would think. Just follow the signs. There's usually a ME rep around to point you in the right direction

That is SO funny as I actually almost posted the same idea...but I was going to say "want to carpool?" but realized that made no sense. Flypool? Winkers and d.jay, you in?

We are going, Jeff just doesn't know it yet.

He does know I have something planned. Or more accurately he is assuming I do.

I love that man. You know what's funny, he's made such progress in the last year I could actually even tell him about it and while he'd shake his head, he'd be ok with it. I just realized that now.

If we could figure out a killer hike your DH and mine could just run away for a day and be manly while we do park things, but it is FL....

That said, I'm hopeful they will have met by then and Jeff can be pretty persuasive!

I had never really been interested in the Plaza until Jen really wanted to go there. I do admit that I've been toying with adding The Plaza for Marc & I in September. I'd really love to try the tuna croissant.
