Thanks Holden! I’ve been leaning towards VGF, but I’m kind of sentimental about the Poly, so I was on the fence. I think the construction at the Poly would be enough to sway me towards VGF.

I appreciate all the feedback! We really like Biergarten but we are going with friends who have some food restrictions and buffets usually don't work for them. We've never tried Via Napoli so that may be an option too.

We loved the Poly when we stayed there but our friends thought it was "dated". We have never had truly bad food in all of our visits to WDW. Some that we liked more than others of course, but that is to be expected anywhere. I would just try all of the places you want and just enjoy the magic...

We love Mexican food but although DH loves spicy food I do not. We love San Angel Inn and have had some great meals there. They have some combination platters that are delicious and not spicy.

We will be at WDW from 10/29 through 11/5. I was very disappointed that MK isn't scheduled to be open any later than 9:00 on non- MNSSHP nights. Does anyone know if Disney sometimes changes the hours as it gets closer to the dates? We aren't going to MNSSHP this year. :sad1:

I also don't like to say I hate any attractions at WDW, but I do strongly dislike Stitch's Great Escape and also Mission Space. I got so sick the one time I rode this attraction that I had to lie on the bench outside for a good twenty minutes before I got my bearings back! :scared:
