So let me make sure I understand this. Disney pressures me to plan early and make park reservations. So tickets are bought early and then they offer this 4 day special so I’m out the difference?

What if someone has already bought tickets? Can they get a refund or a credit on the more expensive tickets that they bought?

Is anybody actually surprised about the issues this morning? This is the Disney norm where IT is concerned.

Let me think. $179 for 5 hours at Magic Kingdom Christmas party or all day at discovery cove and 2 weeks of unlimited visits at Seaworld, Aquatica , and Busch Gardens. Yea I was done thinking before I finished typing the sentence.

UPDATE: The family received an email today giving them 2 days with hopper that they may use anytime til July 2027. They are very happy.

They don’t feel like they can go into the park yet. Will they let someone else advocate on their behalf?

So one of the families on our trip came down with covid. They had used 1 day on a three day hopper plus ticket. We are in Florida for another week but the ticket ends on Sunday. Has anybody had any luck getting a date extension?

Our last two trips we stayed at the resorts and didn’t visit the parks(poly & wilderness). It was wonderful.

I was at portofino that same time. I won’t be going back. Too many issues, it seemed like work being there. I’ve always had good stays at RPR and only one bad experience at sapphire falls(out of 9 trips) which they fixed to my satisfaction. Good luck with your issue.

Deadwood, everything mentioned above. I was there 20 years ago and loved it but as of three weeks ago when I was there it has now changed to the description above.
