I've never stayed at the Swan or Dolphin but I have stayed at POFQ and Pop during race weekends and both were fine in terms of race transportation. I'm doing the Two Course Challenge in November and am booked at Pop.

I found a $95 RT fare on American (out of Charlotte) and booked myself a long weekend trip with my DD for my birthday in April. The downside was the fare only applied to the 6:30am return flight out of MCO, but at that price for non-stop flights and for a short trip I didn't mind at all...

I'm flying down for four days in April too, and I pack about the same as you do. I'll wear jeans, a hoodie and sneakers on the plane and then change into lighter park clothes when we get there. Also, I wear the same travel outfit on the flight home to eliminate packing an outfit for a fifth day.

I also stayed in an accessible room at POP in May of this year. We had a king room that connected to a room with two doubles. I'm not sure how they would have been able to squeeze a double bed in the room with the king bed. I would call the resort directly, reference your confirmation number...

When I traveled solo last fall I enjoyed Sanaa, bluezoo and Grand Floridian Cafe.
