Ohana Garden Grill breakfast Tusker House Sci Fi 1900 Park Fare dinner

For who you want to see, Tusker House seems the best option plus it's awesome. Mickey and Minnie also meet in their adventurers gear in AK, plus Mickey in Town Hall in MK, and of course the character spot in EPCOT plus, you can sometimes find Daisy at the entrance of EPCOT.

I agree. I'd get the earliest seating at one and the latest at another (plus, eating at off peak times means less crowds for the rides usually!)
