Once you banked those 80 CY 2019 into 2020, they become "banked" points for that use year and maintain that new expiration date of 9/30/2021. You cannot borrow banked points, so if you borrowed points from your 2020 use year, you would be borrowing those 2020 Current Year Points, not the ones...

The fact there isn't mention of hotels may be that details for resorts are released later, like Universal is doing and maybe they're waiting for the approval/announcement to do with CSR & NBA

I just booked June fastpasses 60 days out for a 6 day trip and there was quite limited availabilty with only good FP on the latest two days of our trip, but we had APs so no extra risk like buying tickets.
